It has really helped the Business profit in a big way. So easy to navigate, easy to learn. And by far the best dialer system I have used from the rest.

Pros

Contact information, Disposition of calls, sound and quality, features such as breaks, training. Very easy to use and navigate.

Cons

I like it all. I haven't found any cons. Overall it's been a great experience.

The customer service, they're always there in case I need them.

Could be sometimes a little bit challenging if you're not a tech savvy person

Sound quality is pretty good, and finding purchased leads works well also

Cons

It's complicated to make outbound calls when you're already on one. The need to create a lead to dial out is frustrating.

One of the things that I like most about Convoso is its automated dialing feature. It saves me a lot of time by dialing numbers automatically, and I can focus on talking to potential clients. The platform also has a powerful lead management system that allows me to keep track of all my leads in one place. I can easily sort, filter, and prioritize my leads based on their level of interest and urgency.

occasional technical glitches, although the support team has been prompt and helpful in addressing these issues.

Easy to use, and it is very flexible to change with how our business is always growing and changing over the past year that I've been apart of this company.

Cons

Some lead management can be hard to organize or change immediately when going from one type of tort to the other, or when a certain campaign ends it can be hard to get rid of those leads...

Sometimes I get phone calls that I cannot hear and My Convoso account does not allow me to call clients or create a new lead in the system.

On average per month, convoso works well for most of the days - maybe 2-4 days per month there are connection issues or system issues

Pros

assigning campaigns , skills levels, and other user functions is easy and quick

Cons

forced pauses interface is glitchy sometimes bad weather dramatically affects connectivity (negatively) System issue errors and calls dropping mid-call

I have been using convoso for almost a year and have had a really good experience with it so far. I can keep track of sales and clients, as well as callbacks

Pros

I love that I can keep track of my sales, and see what type of calls I am getting. I like that my clients can reach me over the system and leave voicemails. I need as much communication as possible during the day and I get it with this system. I love the personal callback feature as well.

Cons

Getting booted if you accidentally X out of it instead of log out.

Pros

the immense knowledge the team has about the product, the communication and onboarding, the capabilities it has

Cons

the pricing - we are used to vici dial and it doesn't seem to compare price wise

Overall okay!

Pros

I appreciate the features that enable productivity, as wall as marketing volume. The automatic call assignment is user friendly and simple to understand. Call quality/ call recording quality is typically high.

Cons

Would be 5 stars but the connectivity issues are very persistent. Occasional forced pauses, and forced log outs fumble potential closed deals. The network reliability Convoso requires makes for a pain.

Nothing it is great. We have had no or minimal issues with it. Problems are always resolved very quickly.
