seems like its laggy lately specially in extracting data unlike before same as goes on the report and there some feature that are still missing.

For the most part, it is easy and functions well. From time to time, it can freeze and is usually easily resolved by our IT Team.

Pros

Layout as far as dispositions and features are easy to locate and use.

Cons

Recommend if they you have not done so already, providing companies with easy to use guides or FAQs. It would be great if we could do a call back setting and easily go back into our other settings without having to log out and then log back in. We lose time in our dialer due to this.

Overall it is a tool to use in a start-up environment, with minimal training needed. This is great when you are wanting to get up and going with business rapidly.

Pros

Different options it offers to reach out to leads. It's integrated with our platform and user-friendly set up.

Cons

It continues to call prospects after callbacks have been set up. This doesn't make for a good experience when interacting with leads who are frustrated with an excessive amount of calls.

Pros

The ease of use and customer support make this product very easy for our small/mid sized business. I am able to contact support and have a real person responding within minutes able to assist with most minor issues. Larger scale issues take more time and can have some communication issues but overall it is great.

Cons

Reporting could be better. Convoso has been updating their platform and has made reporting not as intuitive. I am sure as they continue to refine their product it will be better.

I have great experience with convoso.

Pros

What I like the most about the convoso is its very easy to used , we were not having any problems in contacting our clients since it is reliable and options were given and can easily to be found. The dialer itself has an option to save your callbacks and remind you when to call your prospect , it has. Also a call history where you can track some previous calls and we have not experience any issues of the dialer at all. I highly recommend to used the dialer in taking calls especially for an outbound campaign account since this will be a big help to be more productive in your business.

Cons

The software designed is almost perfect but when its not meeting the required speed of your internet connection for some reason the dialer will automatically in force-paused until you have the right speed.

Working with Convoso has been phenomenal. My clients who are the true end user are very impressed with their results and ease of use. The omnichannel solution that they have been looking for!

Pros

Connect rate is superior to most. Ability to change DID's easily and quickly, built in dynamic scripting, predictive dialing, ease of leads management, reporting

Cons

Cost per minute and ClearCall Cost-CPM is higher than other companies

Pros

This product is simple & easy to use and navigate. It doesn’t require much effort. You are able to keep track of your calls & notate if you need to & edit call information.

Cons

The thing I dislike would be that Salome of the customer’s information stays saved on the leads & you have to manually delete them.

For the most part I like Convoso because it does help me reach my business and sales goes daily.

Pros

I love the accessibility and accountability of Convoso. Customer service is always ready to help take care of any problem, including getting IT representative to look into any technology problems. There can be some hiccups, just like with all technology, especially running across multiple internet provider signals but Convoso works fast to remedy this problem! We are steadily able to keep pushing and meet our team goals daily, no matter what and this is what counts!

Cons

Like anyone else, it can be annoying when you are kicked out in the middle of a transfer but this doesn't happen often.

Cons

Make it more like a crm and not just a dialer software. Ex. Have ability to manage your leads outside of the dialer.

I love how easy Convoso is to use, and to train new user on. It is very easy to navigate. The only negative issue is when the system has delays or call connection issues for us. Overall I am happy with the service we get from convoso.

Pros

Visual Appeal & Easy of Use. Convoso has a very colorful and easy to navigate structure. It makes it very easy to teach new users and to quickly move through the process on calls. And it is nice that it isn't boring to look at, very visually appealing to use.

Cons

The way the system often has lagging or agent issues. It is very disruptive when the system prevents calls being connected or when the scripts delay and causes agents to miss steps int eh process.

It has been great so far! We have been using it for more than 1 year and we didn't have any major problems with it.

Pros

User friendly, time-efficient, easy workflow setup, responsive customer support, can generate leads faster than manual dialing

Cons

Nothing as of the moment. Convoso is giving us a bang for our buck. Everything is working great!

It had good reviews, great service, and not so expensive but didn't come short in the quality of service.

Pros

What I like most about Convoso is that it does not depend on software based content. I just go the website and log in everyday. Do not have to worry about updates or making my computer slower by running another program other than the browser.

Cons

The only thing I want them to add is a way to "reserve" my potential deals. I can set a callback, but if I miss it, it is no longer in my system. I get busy with other clients and that can make it difficult to hit the exact call time. My only workaround now is to put set that callback out for 2 weeks down the road and then trying to reach the customer everyday before then to close the deal.

My overall experience has been pleasant. I wish Jared was more affordable for my startup company so we could reinstate those leads.

Pros

Convoso has easy access to the dialer, history, and notes.

Cons

Limited dialer. Now that we have dropped Jared leads, we're getting mostly public records and few of them are interested or even own timeshares.

Pros

Convoso is perfect for lead management. Allows you to easily organize lists and workflow automation. The agent monitor page is one of the best features to be able to view what agents are doing, help guide them through live calls, and send broadcast messages to the whole team.

Cons

The only con I would say is that there are a ton of features in the admin side. It takes time to learn what each feature does.

My overall experience with Convoso have been amazing, as I've seen the similarities with this program and other programs like ADP that I've used at previous workplace. I enjoy using convoso because of the ease of usage and it offers many different aspects such as wait time, pause time and handle time to alert you .

Pros

I really enjoyed that Convoso is so easily accessible and secure. I love the fact that it showed me a graph of my performance for the week when it came to my calls.

Cons

A feature I think that Convoso should add is to give the users the opportunity to view the hours they were on the dialer or the hours that they worked throughout the day.
