I would recommend setting up a category structure with assets placed in their correct categories so that users don't have to scroll through tons and tons of assets to find what they are looking for. November 24, 2015 5.0 I have used Widen steadily and increasingly for more than 3 years and my company has a massive inventory with them. We can customize all our features and find our items quickly. The uptime is excellent, the social media sharing and private sharing capabilities for all your assets is top notch. They even have an iPhone app so you can find your files on the go. I'd say that Widen exceeds any expectations in their customer service--they're very responsive and routinely follow up on requests. User friendly interface and responsive customer service. Pros Once the set-up is complete, the system is very easy to use. Allows marketing to monitor and control the brand. Cons It took a bit of time to set-up and create our templates, but once the process was in place it was very easy to add new templates. Dowloading and uploading is fast and easy to use for all levels. Pros Very easy to find select photos, download and upload. Download time is much less than originally thought. Widen takes a very thoughtful, step-by-step approach to teaching new users the system. There is constant support available via phone, chat, webinar, video and web content. I use it on a daily basis. And the pre-media or color correction that we use is also top-notch. Widen seems to inherently know what I need. It was one of the best moves we made, to switch to Widen. I am relatively new to it but its been so great to be able to access media from my workplace from throughout the years. The best thing is the amount of customizableness(?) that every asset has.
