They conduct periodic check-ins. You receive annual usage reports and the actively solicit your feedback on what can make them better.

Pros

Very quickly learned how to use the program and it covers all the bases for a solid PM platform as a MEP trade partner.

Cons

Not anything of significance. Great platform for small to medium size businesses. As our company has grown, the larger ERP and plan management systems are entering this space with minimum downside to switch.

Very good. Ease of use is important. I enjoy the way that all of the information and documentation for a project is located in one place.

Pros

It is easy to use. It provides a location for you to save all of your project related documentation and information.

Cons

eSub is only as good as the information that is entered into it. You have to make sure that the information is accurate.

Great for small subcontractors who want to maintain accurate project records.

Innovation has seemed to lag when compared to competitors.

ESUB was instrumental in guiding us with a template/site that fit our needs. We requested specific folders for easy navigation and they accommodated us.
