I have a range of clients small to large that use this service for their newsletter campaigns. We have custom templates setup for most of them which is flexible enough for our needs. **Cons:** The interface/flexibility for custom templates is quite weak. It has a basic drop and build interface that's very easy to use. **Cons:** While it's easy to use, that's because it lacks a lot of functionality for advanced email marketers.
