The great thing with this is the Price is very competitive and it offers a bit more than the others. Pros Campaign Monitor recently bought Conversio Emails. The price is very competitive for all the things it offers. Email campaigns, reviews, pop-ups, newsletters​, Abandon Cart functions. I have sent out multiple individual newsletters and abandon carts with success rates. Cons The Workflow function on the site was a little hard to set up and its why I do not send more out. When I turned it on it sent an email to every single person on my list.... when I just wanted it to send one to the new subscribers from that time forward. Reason for choosing Campaign Monitor by Marigold Pricing and because Campaign Monitor offers more functions than the others. This is a huge benefit in adding money to our bottom line. Pros I love that this is a top quality newsletter software product that my company can generate revenue with. It is one of the best out there so to add an opportunity to resell and integrate with our existing business is amazing. Has all the great features you would want and even as a reseller do the billing. Just one of the best white label software I've ever used and fully customizable. Love each month getting a check and not really needing to do anything but add clients to it. Cons There is nothing to not like. My only ask would be to allow resellers to make way more margins off of the product. Anyone can pick this tool up easy. Cons Usually you compromize ease of use for robust, advanced features. But, there’s not too many issues with this. It all depends on your needs. Pros I began using Campaign Monitor because it had more editing capabilities than MailChimp. I work in a marketing department for a fairly large company - we have a few designers but sometimes I needed to make a few small tweaks on my own (without having to bother our designers). As a result, I found the platform to be fairly intuitive. I did end up outgrowing this service from an editing capability as well as features, but for a small or mid-size company this service may be just fine for you. " January 23, 2023 1.0 These guys are happy to continue collecting your monthly subscription from you, They have the worst customer service ever. However if you try to log in and have forgotten your password - you wont get your email password reset. Once again - you are referred to log in to reach customer support. And round and round you go. Pros They have the worst customer service ever. Good luck trying to get them to contact you. Overall, the platform is very easy to learn and you can set up automations to save time and to make marketing easier! Pros Creating a visually engaging email campaign is very easy. I am able to base my design off of one of their many templates, then customize each part to match our brand. It was easy to learn how to use without needing any coding/html knowledge. Cons I imported many leads to my email list on Campaign Monitor and some times, it would make duplicates or not import correctly. The implementation is a breeze and they offer wonderful training Support on their website. Overall a great find. Pros Campaign Monitor was a brilliant find for me as I explored various options for Email Marketing for clients. Their user interface is pleasing and template options, plentiful. I'd say that this was one of the easiest platforms to integrate and out of the box ready. It seems like they are favored in terms of integrations with popular software so that is a plus. Overall I like the feel of the style on the template library and deliberately was perfect each time. For a sensible and wildly affordable option take them for a test drive and you will come to see why I put them at the top of my recommended list. Cons I wish the option of landing pages was also included so it could be an all in one. I also appreciate though that they stay in their lane and perfected their offering which I believe they have. I think this is my favorite email marketing software available that I have tried. Pros API is easy to interact with and set up. It integrates well with WordPress, google analytics, salesforce, and Unbounce which was helpful for what I needed. It has fairly good customer service as well which makes me feel confident using the service. Cons There were some limitations and delays with the setup, which put me back a couple of days but now that it is set up it is easy to use. It's our go to given we don't send a lot of emails and it allows us to track what we need. Pros We have a variety of people on staff and not everyone is able to code at the same level. This platform allows us to get ANYONE to hop on and put an email together to get it out the door. Love love love this program. The updates and reporting on each email is also actionable and very insightful. Cons You have to keep your files really organized or else you can get "lost" when finding stuff. It also has high deliverability and excellent compatibility with mobile and computer. The pricing also differs which is great if you have a range of clients from small to medium to large business'. Pros Campaign monitor is clean and modern and because of it's designed, it's very easy to use and understand. You also have a range of templates to choose from. This is best if you are not very technical and find it easy to use a drop and drag function. They also give you access to your statistics and you can export your database if you need to upload it to another service. They also continuously grow their services and have now added automation, insights and transactional emails. You can also design your own email using code and upload the code as a template to Campaign Monitor Cons You pay for everytime you send out a batch of emails where some email marketing services are free. The customer service takes a while to get back to you. Sometimes the code you upload won't look as good when its embed into Campaign monitor, Sometimes the functionality of the code goes off. Pros White label; regular improvements to software; drag and drop works well and a lot of functionality -- but you do have to think creatively. Have never had the emails not appear appropriately on various devices. Good reporting. Pros I love that this software has everything I need in one place to design, test and spam check all my emails before they deploy! It is such a time saver! Cons I was hoping to be able to jump right in with little to no instruction, but there are a few nuances that I was unaware of in terms of HTML code.
