Pros

We were able to customise the system to reflect our own recruitment practices and priorities, all done during the set up phase The software is highly scalable and provides us with a comprehensive solution across multiple devices. The remote desktop solution gives our business remote working flexibility and the app means that our team are able to respond quickly to our customers' needs.

Cons

No negatives to report! The product and ongoing support service from the TriSys Team deliver for our business.

Definitely a 10/10 and would recommend this software to any agency or recruiter looking to take their business forward with the minimal of hassle and expense.

Pros

All very easy to use, very detailed to make sure myself and my staff are always adding the data required to keep us moving forward. The support staff are always on hand and great to deal with should any issues arise that you would need help with.

Cons

We honestly didn't have any issues or problems that I would even write about.

Good but not great, we are much happier with our current tool even though there are still some issues. I feel I am able to do a lot more and be more productive now without Trisys

Pros

This tool was very quick to integrate and implement . There were some very good reporting features within Trisys and the contact/candidate management functionality was good.

Cons

The software felt very clunky and slow most times. This was the main reason we decided to move away from the tool. The IT support we felt was lacking and it made have issues even worse as it took a while for this to be sorted out. It served a purpose for a while but we decided to move to a different tool

Very good and have found that any help that was needed or any questions that needed to be answered were dealt with efficiently and effectively.

Pros

The main thing I liked about the software was that it was easy to use and there was a seemless integration with our own existing business processes.

Cons

No cons as the integration was very straightforward and we have found that the software covers everything we need for our business.

Pros

The CRM software it's easy to use, you have access everywhere. Great search option, large selection of reports, you can even add daily tasks. This is a massive help for recruitment industry.
