"Let down by not being able to access my account online "

**Overall:** After 6 months I was unable to gain access to my online account. I tried effortlessly, but kept getting error messages. I honestly thought Proworkflow had gone bankrupt! They still billed me for not providing a service!!

**Pros:** The software worked well and I was using it comfortably and regularly for all my projects.

**Cons:** Not being able to access my online account!!

"Not my first choice"

**Pros:** I started work with my current company who was already using PWF - primarily for storing contacts and notes about their accounts. We also use it for assigning tasks occasionally.

**Cons:** The software is very limited to what it can do and the navigation is poor. Exporting contacts for our new software had challenges - and unfortunately notes cannot be exported which created a ton of work for us. Their support team wasn't able to help me much more than I could figure out on my own.
