Pros Making changes to invoices is easy with the copy/negate button. I have found the program user friendly and the staff at tabs very helpful when I was learning the program. The program works great and the support we had with the Autotabs team was even better. The business has grown from writing invoices out to being a professional shop. Best investment! We have tried Mitchell and AllData, but we find that this does the same thing for a lot less money. Also, the customer service is absolutely top of the line. Once you get used to the interface, it is fast and efficient. The ability to pull the VIN just from the license plate is the biggest time saver. Support is easy and everyone is very nice. I highly recommend this to any repair shop.
