The reporting is solid and its got more power than it can sometimes seem. Cons It's ugly. This is a rough design with complicated processes that takes time to figure out. My biggest gripe is the editing feature. After scheduling a send, you can go back in and edit the HTML or the send schedule. But the back end will only recognize changes to the HTML. We went to delay a campaign​ to a different date and thought we were good. Our end said we were. But it sent on the original​ date because although it allows you to edit the send schedule, it doesn't really. You have to delete and re-do.
