Pros

What we used to do in several pieces of software is now accomplished all in one spot. Amazing! People at Mhelpdesk are very easy to work with.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of anything about Mhelpdesk that we do not like. It just works.

My rep has been great helping me with the program. So far seems to be very adaptive in what I am trying to accomplish but I have not had to use it that much. Hoping that business picks up to really get full use of it.

Pros

That it seems to fit my needs. Like the estimating, invoicing and payment system.

Cons

Had an issue with Mobile app where I had to reload app to accept credit cards. Not sure if this was an IPhone issue or App issue.

I love this service. I use it every day. My customers comment about how good my estimates look. It's so easy to use. The guy who deals with me, is on top everything. He calls me to remind me of thing that are my job. I couldn't run my business as smoothly as I do without it. Worth every penny!

I have used this system the past few day trying it and it is the best product I've seen. has lots of customizations and features. Pros. Allows you to go paperless Tracks everything - Jobs, customers, invoices Cons Price is a little high for just 1 user. Well worth in in the long run.

### "Mobile App"

The MHelpdesk Mobile App and Home Pro applications work very well together. The calendar sync function with Google is especially helpful. The personal support that we received from Austin Oniell at MHelpdesk was outstanding. He followed up several times with us personally to make sure we fully knew how to use all the functionality of the app. And he continues to be a great resource when we need him.

Pros

The power of building a quote and to invoice and collect payments.

For me, I'm always on the go. I run a few dev teams, and am constantly submitting work orders. mHelpDesk allows me to do that. Not only can I receive payment immediately, when it comes to tax season, I know my books are straight. I honestly can't imagine running my business without it.

Excellent Work Order System. You can have the whole history of the products you give service to. But is a must have.

Pros

Very complete software. Always improving. Always there.

Cons

I don't give 5 cause the price is a little high for a one man field tech.

It is easy for my technicians to access from anywhere, and the phone app gives it a whole other dimension.

Cons

There are times when customer service takes longer than expected to return calls, but that is expected at times.

Mheldesk software has made our business ticketing system a breeze. We have a PC repair shop and we created a custom ticket with graphics, drop boxes and fill in the blanks. The small issue we have had (our own fault), support was able to fix in a few minutes with a quick email.

The great support and service, as well as the flexibility with customizing the screens and fields.

Cons

It is difficult to use the autofill within the address; the zip code causes us many problems and can be frustrating.

Outstanding application for managing your business information. Tracks tickets, customer information, estimates and invoices. New features are being added often, like the new asset tagging feature with the ability to use a barcode scanner. You can't go wrong with this program.

Everything is in one place. We can track all our progress with each customer.

Cons

There's no printing from mobile app. When we lose an internet connection, we are lost. The iPad app is slower than the iPhone app.

Cons

The onboarding was too scheduled and too short. Our field techs received one hour of instruction. It was also verbal and not hands on.

Cons

The product could improve communication on tickets by letting customers reply to the email instead of having to go to a website to reply.

Really easy to use and navigate. Makes invoicing simple. Pretty good features.

Cons

Exporting features not what i expected. Unable to locate Sales and Ads features
