Pros

We are finally able to get out of the paper and pencil scheduling! We are also able to start collecting on invoices out in the field, real-time information and photos and our days have been made a lot easier with this system. Customization is amazing and really helps since we are a very niche company.

Cons

There are occasional system glitches and we have to get ahold of technical. My field techs are having some issues with the App and have to view it as a browser.

### "Mhelpdesk Issues"

I prepaid for a year of service to get the best price and the sales rep said you can cancel at any time. Apparently he was right, I can cancel at any time. Just don't expect to get a refund at all of any unused service. \*\*\* Buyer Beware \*\*\*

Pros

The software can do email to tickets which was a plus for us and it does have a lot of features.

Cons

The sales team says anything to get you to sign up without verification. We told them we needed to be able to do service agreements and it cannot at all. We also experienced bugs in changing statuses on android phones on tickets. Techs could not always clock out/in on the time clock. The biggest issue is we save notes in the customer field and if they are large, the system deletes them so when you go back and retrieve the info the notes field is blank. When transferring invoices to Quick books online, you have to do it multiple times to take the invoices.

Since we started our small service company two years ago, we quickly realized how the leg work of the service industry can be a full time job in It's self. We tried five separate services to help manage our work, appointments, invoices, and estimates and of all five, only ONE could deliver what we needed. With entirely customizable layouts, templates, and features, Mhekpdesk has fully allowed us to maintain a lean, yet undeniably effecienty opperating procedure. Keeping our work orders or tickets organized, with associated information such as details of the job, materials, appointments, invoicing and estimating, helps streamline our entire operation tremendously. Furthermore, when we experieced any issues, we immediately called their support staff and received extremely quick responses. Not once has an issue gone unresolved, including custom made HTML code for our invoices, which was created specefically for our needs by Mhelpdesk staff To incorporate payment information on the bottom of our clients final invoices. The best part of Mhelpdesk, aside from the perfectly performing software, great support staff, and extremely fair pricing, has to be the interface in which you use their services. Offering both a desktop and mobile version, Mhelpdesk is extremely easy to setup, customize, and navigate. I have recommended this service to everyone I know personally who is in business because I find as if this utility is an absolutely necessary asset in any workplace. Our effeciency has more than doubled and has easilly allowed our very limited staff to operate at much larger capacaties! Everyone we do business with is blown away by how were so 'on top' of things, and I owe that to the great guys and girls at Mhelpdesk.

### "A Little Pricey For What You Get"

All in all, a good bit of software, and it probably ends up being worth the (relatively steep) price.

Pros

Ease of use is great. I like that I can start to build an estimate on my phone, finish it on my computer, and have it emailed directly to my client. Can't beat that for the world.

Cons

Considering some of the shortage of features, I think the charge is over-priced for what you get. I am still in my free trial month, and I'm debating with myself about whether I want to spring for the cost per month for this. I'll probably keep it, but it's iffy. Regarding the shortage of features, for this price, I should be able to do just about anything I want with invoices, but they are relatively static. For instance, you don't have much flexibility on how your estimates will function. You can make them LOOK different, but if you want, for example to have materials and labor estimates be completely separate (as I like to because my customers often like to buy their own materials due to military discounts or shopping around), you just can't do it. That's a shame because it's an obvious enough feature that your random pack of carbon invoices from Office Max will have that division.

I was really hoping that this was the answer to our company needs for a field service program and invested considerable time, energy and money to make it a success. In the end, the product had major issues that rendered it inoperable for my company (scrambling customer addresses as it transfered to Quickbooks). Ashley and others were extremely nice and patient in our learning process of the product. The entire company has a great attitude. However, I felt that trainers lacked a depth of working knowledge of the program and the ability to guide us when we had to come up with alternatives to make the product fit our company needs. I had multiple instances of being told it would not do a certain thing, only to find out later that it would.

I¿d like to address your concerns head-on. Our QuickBooks integration was just upgraded to improve the way addresses are handled. The past problem was that every business has their own unique way. Some start with the street name and some start with the billing name. This makes it hard to catch all variations.To address the trainers, we are aware and unfortunately it is a side-effect of growing. We¿ve quadrupled our team sizes to add more Customer Success Coaches. Because of the depth of the software, it takes more than just a couple months to learn all the use-cases to solve every unique customer case. Pros

The application provides free training to help you use the application well. Supports the different workflows, be it scheduled or unscheduled. The application ensures great customer service. For every work order, you will be able to generate relevant estimates and invoices. The best feature is that you can manage all your employees and work orders in one place. It has a robust searchability feature. You can easily customize the templates. It helps you track work orders and update them. You can add notes and comments, which will be seen by respective team members. By a click you can send all your data to QuickBooks, eliminating data entry. You can work by enabling the offline mode any time you lose internet connection.

Cons

We can’t add multiple administrators in to the platform which is a a very bad drawback. Mobile tracking lacks accuracy.

My experience seemed to be working out great until the Quickbooks integration. No one ever took the time to understand how we do our payroll and what was going to be important for us when our pricebook was transferred over to Quickbooks. So when we did the integration nothing was showing up correctly. The people at mhelpdesk could not help us so we had to pay a Quickbooks expert to fix it. Will be asking mhelpdesk to reimburse us for these fees.

Pros

I like the customization. It wasn't AS customizable as I was told it was but it was nice to be able to add in fields that are important to our specific company.

Cons

The lack of notifications. I was told before we started onboarding that I could set up notifications to be sent to our techs as reminders but they are not notifications, the job just gets duplicated and added to the technicians schedule in a specific timeframe.

10 hours a week of less office work at home. The mobile app allows me to send invoices, receive payments, close out deals, and attach pics without have to write anything out. It's a lot cheaper with better customer service/tech support than any I tried.

Pros

The customer service/technical support is perfect. I needed a lot of modifications to invoices, estimates, etc. The reps helped with every step. He was able to do a bunch of things without me having to log in. If you have more than 5 accounts this program will save you a bunch of time. I tried 8 other programs before I found mHelpDesk, one I entered old invoices for 10 hours, only to figure out it couldn't be customized to what I needed. I recommend taking advantage of the trial. It will speak for itself!

Cons

I don't have any complaints. Every issue I had was fixed by the tech support.

Pretty good. I feel the price is somewhat high. Especially once you start adding employees.

Pros

Excellent customer service. It's also cool that I can customize my charges.

Cons

Software has glitches from time to time. Info doesn't always load into separate pages. Payment for credit card sometimes doesn't load so I have to back out and reenter get paid tab. Etc.

Reason for choosing mHelpDesk

Seemed like a professional app to be used in the field.

I have been very pleased with the customer service we have received with mHelpDesk. The people seem to be the biggest asset the company has because we have been able to contact them constantly and they are very polite and resolve out issues whether it be over the phone or over chat.

Pros

The customer service is top notch. Everyone is very kind and respectful and more importantly are very good at providing feedback. The app is great. We had a few issues with the information transferring into quick books the way we prefer but overall is doing everything we needed it to.

Cons

I really wish the phone numbers were able to move to google calendar. That is the biggest pitfall of this software. Also the customer information doesn't translate super well with quickbooks.

Our company was in desperate need of a FSMS program and mHelpDesk was what we chose after an exhausting search of other companies. It had most of what we needed at an affordable cost. I can not say enough about the Success Coach, Lauren that was assigned to us! She is amazing!! She is always so helpful and prompt with any issues/concerns/questions we have. While there are some features I wish were offered (more customization on the customer level for one), I love the fact that we can add suggestions with the possibility of them getting implemented via voting on their customer feedback & forum page. Pros: Very user friendly, seem to always be working on making the program better for their customers & wonderful customer service!! Cons: Would love to see more customizable options on the customer level that would import over to the work orders. Our company has Service Agreements and the tracking of these are a much needed option for my company that isn't offered.

Mhelpdesk is a great tool for team management. Custom templates for job tracking/invoices and custom statuses allow you to tailor and streamline your documentation for your team.

Cons

Unfortunately the scheduling and estimating Features are very ineffective, the lack of customization kills the value that this software could really add to our business, in the 2+ years we have used this product no significant advances have taken place to make these features better.

We're using MHelpdesk with a commercial maintenance & reno company. While implementing the software for my client, I did find a few things that didn't seem to work as I expected/hoped. BUT I have to say the support team was so quick to help me either understand the app better or find alternatives that I have no regrets on our choice.

Pros

Easy to implement including progressive roll out of features being used. Fantastic value Great for facilitating communication/status with customers Easy to learn - for tech and non-tech minded staff & customers

Cons

Somewhat clumsy integration with Quickbooks (or is that just me?) Generating & printing reports could be smoother still

\- Organization - Less physical paperwork. - Payment options - Direct email/text to clients

Cons

\- The search function isn't the best. - I cannot go ahead and create an invoice in advance that is in a sequence like I can a job. - I have had a hard time getting our invoice/work order templates set up the way we want. - Glitches have happened a couple times that has made a lot of work in restructuring recurring jobs.

None. Still unable to use the product after almost a month and a half since I am still waiting for their overseas migration team to finish the migration.

Pros

They do have customer template designs which is nice but to make it look right requires an overseas group and takes forever!

Cons

Data migration, template redesigns, and software issues are being handled by an overseas team (India and Philippines) which causes language barriers, time differences, and takes forever to get things done. Support apologizes, over promises, and under delivers. App is buggy and crashes.

Pros

As a service company this works great for scheduling technicians, creating invoices and estimates, and even tracking employees on the map with the GPS feature. The customer service is pretty great as they usually respond to a chat with in 10 minutes or so and can almost always fix the problem.

Cons

The clock in feature when we tried it was a mess so had to switch to TSheets for clocking in, but they may have fixed it by now.

Can anyone call me back or help one of your long time customers?

Pros

I am a pro with M Helpdesk and I was liking it until I have a transaction that I need help with. No one will call me back or answer the phone. Ridiculously bad customer service. They give you the run around with there stupid British answering machine. I now realize they don't want to help us.

Cons

The customer service. The app. is not very good either. It only works about half the time and it won't always attach the estimate or invoice. If you need help good luck getting a hold of help desk. Why do they call it that if they don't help there customers.

Pros

You can punch in and out for service. You can also enter materials.

Cons

This company has the worst customer service; we had used this software for 2 years now and it constantly has issues. They want screenshots, videos, but everytime we send it over, it gets fixed for a day but not for every technician, and then it goes to sh\*\* again. HORRIBLE software, do not recommend it to anybody.

Read my pros!

Pros

After trying several different things throughout the years of being in business, from using invoices2go to zoho to even trying to program my own solution, to simply sticking to paper and ink, I finally discovered mhelpdesk. I gave it a try and was confused at first, but with the way they let you try the software, and when you get a chance to actually use it in the field, you can see just how invaluable this software is. I currently use it in a store as well as an on site solution with my ipad. This is the best product you will find on the market for service oriented businesses, or as mine in particular, Information Technology oriented. Plus these guys are interactive with their community base and are constantly pushing out updates to improve the product for their clients. They take the users input and they run with it and make magic happen!

Cons

No cons at all!
