Completely streamlines and organizes our business. The best program we have used in 20 years. I would definitely recommend this to any type of business that offers a service to their customer.

Cons

Customer service Representatives do not make alterations to the program to allow the program to work more efficiently for our business.

This software is a great idea and was easy for our company to just integrate into our processes. It works well with Quickbooks, and we loved that we could format the invoices to our specifications. This was one of the biggest problems we had with other software programs that we tried. I have contacted Customer Service many times through email, chat, and by phone and have always been received with a readiness to help. Unfortunately, there are a few bugs that need to be fixed, so some of the innovative ideas that are available through this software, don't actually work without major glitches. We still have trouble with the mobile app, which was a huge reason for getting a scheduling software in the first place. I would say that this is the biggest con. Most other things we can work around until their project team is able to fix them. That being said, the user interface is very simple, the recurring contracts are a breeze to set up, and it allows for so many custom settings that I can't really imagine another program working for us. If the bugs that we've reported would be fixed, this program would be perfect.

I completely recommend this software due to its simple user-friendly interface and logical structure. A beginner user can understand how to use it and use it completely in just a few minutes. This ease of use should not be miscontrued for any lack of features. This software gives you most everything you need to record, track, & bill your customers for the services your company has performed. Listen, no product can possibly be perfect for all as we operate our business uniquely....but this software gives you the 95% you've been looking for...and if you speak to coustomer service they just might be working on the other 5% you are hoping for. They are constantly looking to improve their software...so they actually listen to what YOU have to say! Try this with any other software company. Don't forget the cost...it is somewhere around .30 cents a day per person for this indispensable business tool. You can't afford not to try it.

I really like the software and support. I give it an A+ for what I wanted and what it does.

Pros

It is easy to use. It has a lot of small features that make tracking info easier. Like the timer on jobs where I can just start it and go to work not trying to track when did I start and when did I finish. The support is great. I love the chat being integrated right into the dashboard. The integrated payment option makes it easier to get paid and the electronic approval of estimates and jobs makes it very easy and time saving.

Cons

I don't really have any major cons. I sometimes would like a way to create a quick service ticket separate from jobs. That is a very minor thought that really doesn't affect my operation much

Pros

The group have been great to work with when we have a address or issue to make beyond any doubt things are included to create our tickets and providing solution's way better. exceptionally fast and great work for this app. love it!

Cons

The time I download this exceptionally bother to me since since I can't open, but I take note that The issue is on my conclusion. There are still a few specialized glitches, but the great here the back staff is continuously speedy to resolve any issues that emerge. which is one the most excellent Im looking for.

### "Do not trust MHelpdesk - Not compliant for use in Europe and refuse to refund"

Do not trust or use this company!!! We've recently subscribed to MHelpdesk for field software after a trial with them. With the upcoming GDPR regulations coming in across Europe, we specifically asked them if the software will be GDPR compliant prior to purchasing for obvious reasons as it would affect all their European customers. We were categorically told us it would so we paid the premium setup service and paid or subscription to start on the 1st April 18. on the 29 April they emailed us to say that their software will not be compliant with GDPR and that they are not prepared to do the work to make it compliant. Of course, having been mis-sold the service which is not fit for purpose for our country, they agreed to refund the setup costs, but refused to refund the annual subscription that we were 30 days into, which we've not even used the service once as the setup had not been completed! Several emails later, they have decided to keep the full annual subscription for a service they have withdrawn from us due to it not being compliant or fit for purpose. Another company who promise the earth and pester you for the business, and then fail to deliver and also keep the money!!! I'm disgusted with them.

Pros

Nice software. Were extremely helpful when trialing the software and it does what we want it to do (if it was compliant with European GDPR, which it is not).

Cons

Mis-sold the service. Was told that it was compliant with the incoming GDPR regulations, however 29 days after taking the contract out they have emailed informing us that they are not willing to do the work to comply with the data protection and have withdrawn from the agreement but refused to refund my annual subscription!!!

It has been very positive from the first phone call to get information about them. The team was supportive and willing to work with us. The onboarding team helped directly to get us up and running and then the regular support team took over. Positive experience overall

Pros

I work for a small wellness company who wanted to expand and needed to automate. We decided on mHelpDesk. The monthly cost is well worth it. Users are very satisfied with the ease of use and link to google calendar. As an Admin I have run across a few items that would be nice to have but are not show stoppers. The Support Team is extremely responsive and willing to help, they even made videos for me to show how something was done and I can refer back to.

Cons

Minor limitations that require modifications to process / approach. Ability to load custom fields, linking custom fields to templates, viewing customer attached files in the Mobile App and putting identifying information to the Customer & Contacts.

I would recommend this software to anyone who needs more than what you can buy in a box like quickbooks. These guys are great at coming up with clean ways to implement solutions that the group of users agree are needed. Cheers to you and the trial is free to start so try it out. What do you really have to lose anyway.

Pros

Works great for what I needed, has great support (some of the best I have ever had), and really does a good job of making things easier if you have a ticketing based system of any type. The support system is very accurate and they will keep you informed. We have even gone to the depths of video tutorials from the creators to help us (the users) and from the users to help the support team understand what and when we need things changed. Updates are regular and your opinion COUNTS with is the most important thing to me. If i need a special report and can get enough of the users to agree soon enough a report with more options than I asked for will be here.

Cons

We don't have enough users on the forums sometimes but I understand that some people love it as is and have no need to request mods or special developments to accommodate there business. It lacks in inventory management right now but that is a feature that we have got put on the road map which means its in our near future :P

I can't think of any. IT lyncs over to quickbooks which makes thing even easier for me. This product is great.

We came into MHelpDesk with very high hopes. MHelpDesk has fallen short in terms of mobile data entry and several other options. It has, however, met our goal of decreasing time in between job completion, invoicing and payment. It is helping to smooth our cash flows and keep track of what has been done on a job and the equipment associated with it. Overall, MHelpDesk, is becoming a great asset for our company, but has room for improvement.

### "Turned our business around!"

Before Mhelpdesk, our business was very inefficient. All of our work orders were printed on paper and our daily route sheets were paper as well. Once the work was completed, we had to wait sometimes until the next day before we would see the results of the work completed when the tech turned in the paper, And in some cases 2 or 3 days if the technician was in a remote area. This made us look very unprofessional to our customers. After Mhelpdek, we now operate very effectively, with precision. All of the work orders are real time updated from the technicians mobile device at the job site. This has allowed us to operate more profitably and with less errors. Many times, there was questions from the customers about the work performed, now with auto emails that are sent to the customer real time, those concerns are no longer there. The customers receive an email every time a job is completed, with detailed info of the work completed and they can even log in and see before and after pictures. Bottom line, Mhelpdesk has greatly reduced our front end office work and has made our field technicians more effective, which means as an owner of a small company, the focus can be more on growing the company and not stuck in the office shuffling paper. I highly recommend this product for a small service business. I have a degree in IT and I have done my research looking for a good solution. I can tell you that Mhelpdesk and the team behind it, has the mindset and fortitude to keep their software a mile apart from their competition, not to mention, its priced very reasonable.

Cons

Scheduling jobs with calendar view. Not being able to adjust an estimate without Quick Books errors. Very little support on this issue. inventory does not sync well with Quick Books. Customer portal has lame search features for my customers.

Do not purchase this software. It will be a nightmare for you and your techs. Feel free to get the free 14 day trail to see what I am saying. Don't let mhelpdesk fool you into how easy it is and make the same mistake of purchasing as I have.

Pros

I seriously can't think of one... but they are quick into manipulating a customer into the ease of their product which is not easy to use. I paid for an entire month... decided in 5 days the software was to complicated and the refuse to refund any of my money. The only time you get support is when you state you want to cancel

Cons

Forced to pay for service when opting for a 14 day trial. When having problems they do a walk through of them operating and make it seem so simple. Very complicated, problems syncing, workflow is horrible, not efficient. Went to cancel after 5 days and was told I couldn't get any of my money back after I had paid for a full month! I would highly recommend staying away from this software... use them free trial only and see what i am saying... many competitors have much better easier to use software.

mHelpDesk is used for documenting our daily jobs, complete with checklists, daily reports, signatures and captioned pictures of each job. We also use it for timekeeping, and invoicing. It is extremely user friendly.

Pros

mHelpDesk is extremely easy to use and very customizable to your business. Their service and support is best in class.

PC Dr. is a computer service/repair and sales business. We have a storefront and we offer in house service or onsite service to commercial and residential customers. After the first couple of years, my business started growing at a rapid rate and I knew it was time to start looking for a customer tracking software. I started with a couple of well known programs that would give me the customer tracking part, but that was it. I needed one that would offer customer tracking, asset tracking, integration with Quickbooks, and of course one that was user friendly. I was desperate for something that could also increase my productivity, and after browsing the web I stumbled upon Mhelpdesk. There was a free trial period so I figured I would try it since I had nothing to lose. I immediately fell in love. I was able to import all of my current customers from Quickbooks so it made the transition seamless. I was also thrilled when I realized they had an app for my iPhone and iPad so I could use it onsite. One of the best features is that I can export all of my financial data into Quickbooks and send it straight to my accountant. The cost of this software is very affordable, which was also a big concern since we are a small business. The customer support is very eager to help and to resolve any incidents immediately. Within the past year and a half that PC Dr. has been using Mhelpdesk, our profits have increased due to our increased productivity and we know we will always have the best features available since Mhelpdesk is always updating their software!!!

### "Frustrating"

I am going to be looking at another product if mHelpdesk cannot fix the mapping of the technician's location

Pros

This program is fairly easy to use. That is all I can say right now regarding the pros. I am very frustrated that the issue I am having is still not fixed.

Cons

It has taken over a month to fix an issue that used to be working just fine. FYI - the issue is currently NOT fixed

CRM and invoicing in one place. That's about it.

Cons

Maybe the worst is that my team disappears at least once a day and I have to reload them one by one. The support team can't figure out why this happens. I used to be able to sync with Google calendar, but now that feature has gone and the support team can't figure out why. When a window pops up, it won't go away. Can't send a return email. Tons of bugs. Eg: When I write an email and hit return, the cursor jumps back up to the top line. Mind-numbingly slow. Torturous to use. I have actually written out 6 pages of problems I have with mHelpdesk, but I don't have the time to transcribe them all here.

### "MHELPDESK is the opposite of help."

Lot's of salesmen talk, they won't tell you their software has trouble with Apple products, and even using a different browser didn't help. NONE of the features we liked we could use. We were with MHELPDESK for 5 MONTHS and never got launched because none of our problems were fixed. We were then told that refunding a service that doesn't work is a "courtesy." They lie, they have tons of "work arounds" and no solutions. We've lost months of man hours, and we don't know yet how much customer information we lost. RUN!!!!!!!

Pros

The automatic call ahead feature for our techs on the way to jobs

Cons

That feature didn't work, because the app is crap. It won't even turn horizontal so you can use a keyboard! Pictures do no upload, information is not saved, and the only solution we were given was to switch to Chrome. Which did not work.
