### "Mhelpdesk keeps my shop organized"

Awesome program! I love that it's on-line. We won't have to worry about losing all our data if our computer crashes and I can access the information any time I want. I can log on at home in the morning and see what my schedule looks like for the day. It's super easy to use and helps you stay organized in ways that other programs don't. Also, it's very affordable. Even the smallest shop can afford this program. No excuses anymore to not be organized and present a professional appearance to your customers.

Pros

Before using Mhelpdesk software we were using an old program that no longer worked on my new computer and had no support available anymore as well as a paper scheduler and paying an employee just to enter repairs into our computer. Now, employees can enter repairs directly into the computer and schedule the repair in one easy step. I am thrilled with how organized it makes our shop. Tracking repairs has never been easier. I don't utilize all of the features that are available but I can only imagine that if you did the whole process would save tons of time and money.

Cons

Getting it set up took some time, but that's true of any dynamic software program. Now that it's set up properly and we've been using it for a while I wouldn't go back to my old program. Nothing bad to say about it.

I have tried and or purchased just about every kind of software out where. Just trying to get the right program for my computer because we have a store front and a service department I have not found a program that works for us. Ether they are a POS or they are designed to work with a service dept. so I been using three different programs to get it done. Then I came across Mhelpdesk. I looked at it, tried it then looked at it again then decided not to purchase it because I wasn't sure if it could replace the two software package I was using. I finally had enough and decided to make the move to Mhelpdesk and I'am glade I did I went from 3 programs to 2 programs and is all working fine for the store front and also for the service department. And the way the program sync the invoice, deposits, inventory to Quickbooks is excellent. I would highly recommend it. It has diffidently saved my company time and money.

Pros

1\. Company is very open to suggestion on how to improve there product. 2, Can be up and running in no time. 3. I would never guess I was using the software over the internet NO delays when going from one page to other. 4. This is the best software I have worked with for SYNC with Quickbooks

Cons

1.Weak was a POS program but Mhelpdesk understand what we want and need and are working on that. And the way they move on things I would bet it will be corrected soon.

Pros

I was searching for an easy to use, out-of-the-box, field service software for a client of mine. I contacted mHelpDesk and got a fast response and their reps took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns to help find the best possible solution. I didn't get the overly sales-pitchy approach on their end, they were looking to provide a viable solution, not just gain another paying client. I appreciated the support and eagerness to help implement and answer all of my questions. That in itself is a valuable asset!

Cons

I don't have any cons for mHelpDesk, I recommend it to any service professionals out in the field who want an easy-to-use software thats easy to implement.

### "Excellent Tool to Help Organize your Small Business Customer Service Department is Outstanding!"

We began using Mhelpdesk approximately one month ago. The changes in the office have been remarkable. We used to use several different types of technology to keep track of our leads, estimates and invoices. We were constantly re-entering the same information. The potential for and occurrence of typos was constant. Mhelpdesk allows us to enter the information once and then everyone has access to the same information is a much more timely manner. Because the information is entered once, even if there is a mistake it is corrected and that is the end of it, it doesn't get repeated over and over. We have had a faster turn around fro initial phone call to estimate resulting in more sales. Can't ask for more than that!

Pros

Customer Service particularly Marvin Nguyen is absolutely outstanding. We are not millennial and new software is a little harder for us to learn, he was excellent at helping us with even the most basic of questions. He helped us to customize our estimates so that they look significantly more professional than our previous template. He always returned our calls quickly and with a great attitude.

Cons

None that are signficant.

I've tried a lot of different products to keep myself organized and streamline my paperwork. I wanted something I could take with me on-the-go and easily access my job tickets, create estimates and deliver on-the-spot invoices. mHelpDesk is by far the best I've found. Before mHelpDesk I spent at least a few hours each day trying to catch up on invoicing and typing up my job notes. Time is precious. I'd rather spend that time with my children than play catch-up with paperwork. Now I have more time to get things done and enjoy my life. With faster invoicing, better organization and centralized management mHelpdesk has exceeded my expectations and requirements. Pros: Invoicing: I can create and send invoices immediately. The result- I get paid 10 times faster: Efficient: My support tickets and estimates can be converted directly into invoices. I no longer have to re-enter information. Organized: It's so easy to start a support ticket, schedule the job (automatically adds it to my calendar too), enter information on the job, close the ticket and send an invoice. All this can be done from my phone in minutes! Customer support: I couldn't be happier! If you ever need any assistance you'll get the joy of dealing with one of their "Customer Happiness Specialists". They really do a great job and work quickly. Cons: Quickbooks: I still need to use accounting software to keep my accountant happy. The good news is that you can sync your Quickbooks with mHelpDesk in a few clicks.

We've recently started using MHelpdesk to better streamline our estimates, work orders and invoices. We have been very pleased so far. The daily training that they offer is wonderful for new employees who need to get more familiar with the product or to serve as a refresher for veteran users. Our company has increased in productivity since we started using MHelpdesk and I am looking forward to using the product to it fullest potential.

Great calendar options that sync with Google calendar. Easy Quickbooks invoice exporting User friendly Great training and assistance when needed

Pros

The ease of use and great customer support service. If I have questions I can easily chat. If it complex they will call you directly. I usually get any issues resolved quickly. The issues are usually user error. They take suggestions, and those suggestions can actually come to fruition.

Cons

That I don’t put it to better use. I really need to sit down and take more time to just go through all the things it can do and see how I could implement more of the features.

We have a small service business (10 employees) and had a need for a product with an intuitive interface but without needing a big learning curve or lots of IT support. Mhelpdesk really works for us. Our folks can access and update work orders, estimates and do invoicing from the desk, iPad, or smart phone. Also, when a new call come in we are immediately notified by email. The price structure is great!

Pros

Pros are: - easy interface - simple to customize - browser based interface so we can access from anywhere - no need to install software on workstations, laptops - quick support, typically responding on the same day - frequent feature additions - outstanding pricing!

Cons

\- some browsers don't remember login info (I would say this is just a browser issue, but I have this happen with the Mhelpdesk iOS app as well - no other cons I can think of!

QuickBooks does everything that this does and then some. It keeps track of all expenses and every transaction. plus you can do your taxes directly from the app and all invoices and deposits go directly into your accounting software. It syncs with banks and credit cards etc. Way more cool features giving you everything in one place that makes it a lot easier.

Pros

Easy to use, streamlined, keeps everything organized and fast. What really sold me was that I was able to submit estimates directly to my customers before even leaving their home.

Cons

I found out that their service is ridiculously overpriced. The features are all nice but its missing quite a few big features that competitors are offering.

I started using mHelpDesk about a year ago and have found it to be a great help. I have experience with some open source content management systems and was looking at putting a solution together myself, but I didn't have time to do this and try to get my business off the ground at the same time. I tried mHelpDesk and found it to be just what I was looking for, and well worth the money. The iOS app is especially helpful for me and it's been great to see that lots of features and improvements have been added since I started using mHelpDesk. No solution is perfect but, the development I've seen in the last year makes me confident that mHelpDesk will continue to grow along my business. Give it a try for yourself!

1). can't bring up all jobs and statement at once, have to go through year by year to bring up tickets/job statement. 2). Also, when go to one billing customer, to bring up invoice list, the customer's PO# is not there, but invoice# which is automatically generated by Mhelpdesk and it doesnt match with customer's reference#. if we can put cutsomer's PO# in invoice# instead would be a great help

Once the glucthes started going away and it because more user friendly it was nice to keep scheduling and invoices.

Pros

I initially enjoyed that this softeare could replace quickbooks and lotus scheduling until it turned into a nightmare and I was losing more information than I was gaining.

Everything about this software was irritating but as updates came out it did feel like the glitches were getting fixed

The ease of cross referencing jobs to scheduling. The ease of accessing the job from the schedule to edit, etc. The response time of the Text Team in resolving issues by addressing the issues without a lot of Q & A to name a few.

Cons

Just a few glitches...when assigning a contact in a job or estimate, then saving the doc, the assigned contact disappears.

Pros

As a long term client of mhelpdesk (since 2007), I want to say that your company name definitely says it all. I am very pleased with the efficient service and helpfullness of your staff. Any time I had an issue, your service answered all my questions, sometimes over and over. There has been constant updates to the program, and training videos available, which really makes it great to go back to when needed. Your company is the first, when given suggestions, to really have technical people consider them, and sometimes even initiate the new ideas into the technical program. It has been a great pleasure to work with a company so dedicated. I am looking forward to even more changes that can personally help my business customer organization become simplified. Thanks again, for your patience and dedication.

Cons

There are no recall periods, when an existing customers doesn't appear six, or twelve months down the road. But I understand this is in the works. I don't have excel or the other program suggested so exporting my customer list to my label maker didn't work.

We’ve been using mHelpdesk for over a year now in our IT Services company and in that time it has come to be a core element in our business processes. From resource management (time and materials) to estimating and billing mHelpdesk is there every step of the way. We especially depend on its cross platform functionality and its perfect integration with Quickbooks desktop. The recent redevelopment of the platform has only improved an already excellent system. With regard to their customer services I can think of few companies where you can speak to a representative as quickly as with mHelpdesk. Their staff are knowledgeable and keen to help. We provide specialist hardware and technical solutions to our client's. As the business has grown, we deployed ever more intricate systems to record various aspects of daily work - quotations, site notes etc. However the administration involved in maintaining / updating all these disparate systems became unbearable. We realised the more complex our service management protocols became, the less we used them and so we began to disappoint our customers. Not good for a service provider! I believe that business' are as idiosyncratic as their owners; consequently I felt the concept of a "golden bullet" to manage all business processes is bogus. Nonetheless, Mhelpdesk is the nearest thing I have seen to a golden bullet. Okay so the interface looks as if it's design cues came from Windows '95, but the platform is both reliable and fast which I rate above aesthetics. From the initial demonstration to a little technical support, customer service is as good as I have experienced anywhere. I would highly recommend Mhelpdesk to anyone looking for a "field service" solution as it has already revolutionised the way we work. probably not a "golden bullet" it's the closest offering
