Pros

MHelp is a very user friendly system. Getting used to something new or changes is a challenge for me, but the support staff is always helpful, courteous, and professional. The fees are reasonable for the online data base and support we get.

Pros

Mhelpdesk is a simple to use software that is a one stop shop to take jobs from creation to completion. Support is second to none.

Cons

The mobile application is a bit slow and could be more user friendly. But our guys have laptops so it hasn't effected us all that much.

Pros

being able to automate is a great feature for our business. A great tool that keeps a customer database, tracking, and scheduling work orders. Customer support is very helpful when you ever need an explanation or issues resolved

Cons

you are only able to set up one payment option at a time. If a customer has more than one it would be nice to have the capability of setting up different accounts for different sections.

Pros

One of my jobs had me use mHelpDesk at work and I couldn't believe how easy it was. Having mobile access is a plus, and so is having payment and estimates in hand.

Cons

I have to be honest and say the 19 year old kid had to show me the ropes the first few times. Can be intimidating.

Overall experience is positive because the tool is a good help in the organizations of service activities to customer sites

Pros

I like the possibility to manage external service activities done at customer locations with detailed scheduling, keeping track of progress, sharing documentation and so on

Cons

It has a broad use and sometimes can be out of focus, so better to keep the use to some core functionalities

It is buggy. It has been offline and slow. There have been issues with the mobile app. If you were a single individual it might work ok for you. We haven't been able to make it work well enough for us. There are just some real software glitches.

Easy to use when it works. Intuitive

Has had too much downtime, not enough customization easily use able. There have been some silly conflicts and some very inconvenient features such as when doing reports it isn't very accurate. For example I ran a report of an employees hours and job detail for a specific time frame. It left out 3 or 4 jobs completed. If I hadn't known he had worked more I would have under paid him. When I did a search by all jobs assigned to the employee the jobs showed. I even went as far as to

Creates issues with Sync Today - help desk was really lagging and clearly not understanding the problem. I could almost correct 40 entry issues which waiting for responses. The person said that I had her undivided attention but if I wanted more real-time help, I should phone into their other phone number. On hold with them now for 16 minutes....hanging up to correct issues one-by-one.

I was given a quote from mHelpDesk two years ago and decided to give them a try recently. I understand that pricing increases over the years but when I got my first monthly bill it was significantly more than the quote I received. I was fine with this price because, as I said, I realize that prices increase a bit over the years. Then I got the second monthly bill and it was almost 300% more than the original quote I was given and double the first month's bill. I called mHelpDesk and they informed me that the first month's payment was 50% as a promotion and the second month's bill is what I would be charged on a monthly basis. This was not made clear to me at all! Then when I told them I wanted to cancel because the bill was far more than I wanted to pay, they said that they do not give refunds! I didn't even use the service the second month and the payment was comparable to a car payment! I definitely do not recommend this company. Go with Jobber - they are much cheaper and offer the same services that mHelpDesk does. Jobber is also a lot more user friendly.

The program had a lot of features. Geomapping was offered.

Cons

Features were offered by other companies for a lot cheaper. Pricing was not made clear.

I would recommend this program to anyone who runs a small business.

Pros

This program has it all! You can do every single thing you need to from this program. You can add customer, schedule appointments, assign technicians, create work orders, create invoices. basically everything in the sales cycle. I love that i can track log ins of employees, time cards, location settings, and even a map from the app. It allows me to report anything i need to, i mean ANYTHING I could need. The app is awesome! The very best part is the customer service, they will help with anything you ever need. there is always someone there to help during business hours. I could not be happier with the customer service.

Cons

I wish i could track my techs in real time from a map view on the online version. You can look at location history from each person's app, but that does not do me a ton of good if i want to see where one of my guys are.

The app could take calls and be customized but for a fast paced on demand service is basically useless.

Cons

I gave a list of things I needed done before I signed up in email. It explained everything in great detail. They said it could be done but after paying for 4 months plus the setup fee found out it could not be done.

I signed up this program based on a recommendation and they told me it was great customer support. I have not had the same experience, I am pretty independent and a quick learner, I feel like I need to really know computer coding to use this program most effectively and that is something I don't know well.

Pros

I like that I can go paperless, its nice to have price lists and communicates with quickbooks. The two reasons why we picked it was because of its offline mode and that it worked with Quickbooks. Not sure yet it if is worth the set up frustrations.

Cons

Has a lot of functions but not easy to set up, there is a lot of steps to get things accomplished from start to finish. Had a lot of questions my rep could not answer. Every time I think I have something figured out there is another bump in the road. We use ipads in the field and it doesn't feel like this is something that is common, or at least all of my questions about it have yet to be answered.

I've found that while they met my expectations at the beginning, they have consistently gotten better over the years. They are responsive to customer requests of new functions. Having this online has allowed me to work from home when needed which was one of the reasons we chose it in the beginning.

Pros

It has all the functions I need to do my job efficiently and they have had some nice updates over the years. Their customer service is great. I've always gotten representatives that are knowledgeable and nice. When I have a problem, I'm able to use the chat function and 99% of the time they get me answers. Even when that doesn't work, they answer my calls and fix the issues. Every customer service rep without exception has been very nice to work with.

Cons

Sometimes they do updates that don't necessarily help with my day to day use of the program. I understand that they are servicing many different industries and needs and I can see the usefulness of the update. It would be nice if they made more of them optional. I have noticed a bit of a slow down in the program responsiveness. It isn't awful, but noticeable. I've done speed tests so I don't think it is my server but I'm not a computer geek so I can't be certain.

MHelpdesk has been quite helpful for our company so far. We are still in the midst of trying to transition over to using it as our full service. The Mobile App has been far from useful. It is not set up well and offers you really no access to MHelpdesk at all. On the plus side the website is Mobile friendly. But it would be nice to be able to access more through the APP. I have had good customer service from our Rep and she has been a great help. Little slow at the replies but all in all good. I rate this overall 3 stars just because from what we have done it has been ok. Once we fully transition into it maybe it will improve.

As a business grows it is necessary to improve the performance of the software to make everyday tasks such as invoicing easier.

Pros

An easy to use software which allows you to track employees and their schedules, do standard invoicing, and send quick reminders to customers. Even better is that the help team is on hand and is very supportive to requests and to assist.

Cons

This product works very well with small to medium scale organizations. As your database begins to grow you may need to look at a bigger software. I don't know if this pertains to me only but I also feel that the GUI could also be improved.

Not user friendly. I dont like about your company. I was unhappy with the service and said I was going to cancel service (via customer service chat room afyer hrs.). You guys then set the ball rolling to can el service even though I emailed you saying I was NOT canceling. Just found out it was canceled. Well, great time for me to try your competitors.

So before mhelpdesk, we would create hand written invoices and then have to re-enter them into the system and then we would send out another electronic invoice. This created a lot of work but made it so we didn't forget about billing a client, which happened more then I would like to admit. A lot of time was spent at night and not with my family having to do the "paper work" that went along with having my own business. With mhelpdesk, I enter the work once, I submit it via email immediately and even better yet, I have clients paying me on the spot. i also have more time in the evening now. Not to say that I don't work at all, but now I know I don't have to get all my billing done. This is only touching on just one of the great things about this system. We have been able to track clients better, organize our schedules easier, it's even been great having a record of who has paid what and when. I actually went into the system the other day to received funds from a client and noticed that they missed an invoice. I resent them the email with a follow up note, they responded and apologized for missing the payment. Mhelpdesk just helped save my company $312.50 that we may not have noticed before. The system for us is great! I have more time, my pockets are a little healthier, and I'm tracking my clients better. Our thanks to Vincent and the rest of the mhelpdesk team!

It is a decent application so far. I know that they can improve and get better with more time.

Pros

Great for creating work orders and invoices. There is a 50/50 chance of a customer support agent that is knowledgeable. WIll walk you through step by step to get things done. Thave a free demo for you to try out before you buy.

Cons

Their website says fast and easy and powerful. Wish it could all be true. There are just too many bugs with this software. The repair time is too slow or it's not properly done. Not compatible with all other applications like QuickBooks. The customer support team that they have don't really know what is going on. Or they pretend either way most of the fixes you can find yourself by doing a search on the web.

Pros

I am always pleased with the service we receive from the MHelp desk team. We signed up a couple months ago and have requested assistance on several forms and training. We signed up with the premier service and have been extremely happy with the product. We researched MHelp Desk along with many other software services for our HVAC company and this software has 99% of what we need in our business. The service and the software is worth the price. I have worked in the software field for over 10 years and can appreciate the extra effort the team does for our company. Integrates with QB very easily.

Cons

It can be a bit slow with an older computer that has less RAM. Working offline helps the techs when they are using their mobile devices in sketch wireless areas. We had the team import all older invoices from QB which gave the amounts, but not the details.
