The product has many features, much more so than I use. It is not a user friendly product in my opinion, but all of the pieces are similar, so once you are used to it, it makes sense. Also, the support staff is incredible! They can teach you whatever y9ou need to know.

Customer support is outstanding, however, there are a lot of features that is not possible in the system especially integration. There is other software who does better which is cheaper.
