Pros: It generally works and I can print out reports each day. I use the software both to input purchases and print out the reports.

Cons: I can't put an email for each credit card number. I have multiple credit card numbers for an account and each relates to a separate user.

We have great frustrations trying to connect this software to our Magento website.

Pros: We originally switched to OmniFund from Authorize.net because it saves us money. The bottom line is most important to us.

Cons: We have had a very difficult time connecting it to our Magento store for payment processing. We are currently only running manual transactions through OmniFund and our website processes payments through Authorize.net.

Overall: Its saves us money.

Pros: Daily Reports very intuitive and easy to use -easy location of customers-easy to update information

Cons: Updating existing credit cards-not as intuitive as I would have liked-sometimes confusing when having a customer with multiple cards

Pros: Simplicity of UI. No training is required to use the software. Most tasks can be accomplished without much effort.

Cons:
I cannot cancel a pending transaction. The only option is to delete the transaction, but when this is done, it causes inconsistency between omnifund and our web application which uses API to communicate with omnifund.

When I go into a customer, do something with a customer's transaction and after click Save to Batch, Omnifund sends me to Transactions navigation tab and I lose the customer I was working on. I have to go and look for the customer again via the Customers navigation tab. When I click Save to batch, I expect to remain within the customer I am working on.

On the Customer's Transaction History screen, I cannot sort transactions by Date and by Status. Also cannot export transactions into Excel for analysis.

Overall: Able to collect monthly recurring credit card payments seamlessly.
Able to run reports for transactions processed within a period which are used to generate statements for our clients.

Pros: I can easily refund and run credit cards in a timely fashion. I have to enter information in less fields compared to old system we used to have. There is a po field and a description field we can enter detailed information in to help customer match up receipts on their end. Credit Card Receipts are automatically emailed to customer, leaving you one less step you have to do. This software does not let you duplicate customer information when setting up a customer to run their credit card. Customer service has a quick response time. Via messenger or email, if you ever need to use them. System automatically batch's out at the end of the day.

Cons: I can say the only thing I noticed and am sure there is a reason behind it is that we have to manually delete any expired credit card information in this system.

Pros: After living in the dark ages with a swipe machine for years, we finally came around to online processing and love it. Simple and secure, it's nice to be able to provide our clients such an easy way to pay us.

Pros: I use many account site locations under one login and everything is effortlessly accounted for. Makes keeping my books up to date easy and fun! You can setup a port for swiping card/check payments, or choose manual entry. Fantastic Website and application. Have had great customer service when needed as well, thank yoU!

Cons: Would prefer the setup of sliding my credit card payments to be easier from each location to another, but overall, fabulous experience!! I can still enter in manually, which most times I prefer anyway. It's just nice having both options.

Pros: I like the fact that it gives you different options when processing a customer's credit card. We can do a pre-auth and then capture later.

Cons: Sometimes it can be difficult to find a charge or account after you process it. More ways to search may be helpful.

Overall: I am able to assist the customer and process their order immediately.

Pros: It is not complicated and it very easy to use. There is not much information that you have to input to process the patient's payments. Therefore it goes quickly to process their payments and move on to the next patient provided the system has not signed you out again.

Cons: Do not like that it locks you out after a short time and have to sign in a lot during the day. It slows down the process with our patients when we have a line of people waiting to check in or out. It gets frustrating to constantly have to sign back in.

Overall: Makes processing payments easy.

Pros: The ease of processing the cards, love that you save the information on each client.
I also like that 3 of us have access to the software, we are an office furniture dealership, we have product delivered everyday, its nice that either one of us can process the payment.

Overall: We like knowing the information is in the "cloud" not on any of our paperwork or files.

Pros: I like the ability to bill my clients via ACH vs Credit Card. This gives me big savings in credit card fees.

Cons: It can take up to 3 to 5 business days for a payment to post for ACH payments. Sometimes this can have an effect on our cash flow.

Overall: It makes it easier for us to help clients with making their payments on their behalf.

Pros: It is very simple to use and easy to navigate. I like the reports that are provided and the notifications that you received when payments are made or rejected.

Cons: You can't prevent payments from being made to you. So if you no longer have a customers account, you can't provide that information so when a customer tries to make a payment on that account it would advise them they can't accept or to call their company.

Overall: This allows our customers an option to pay online when they preciously didn't have that.

Pros: Ability to attach invoice to email and link to payment website in one easy step. Very user friendly and clients seem to like the online payment option.

Cons: The login page does not appear professional and even legit. We have had several customers call the office to mention this. The page is very "blank".

Overall: Don't have to field phone calls for credit card payments.

Pros: The ease of making a payment without having to take all of the customers data. Omnifund has been willing to continually integrate their programs into how we do our business.

Cons: The Company is just getting into the space that we do business in so they haven't had the product up to the level that we need it at. We are patiently waiting until we are able to use more functionality.

Pros: The friendly user interface of the dashboard, responsive support team, low rates. Fast transaction processing.

Cons: The flow of how to to make test transactions can be much more clear. So now we're running basically prod environment for testing sandbox cart... which seem like can work in the more efficient way...

Pros: The people behind it all. They have a robust software stack the facilitates most of our needs. When our needs stretch their capabilities they are always listening and do their best to deliver.

Cons: Testability. We need the ability to test ACH and Credit Cards transactions and returns without sending specific amounts.

Pros: IT IS EASY TO GET PT. IN AND OUT WHEN THE OFFICE IS VERY BUSY, AND IT KEEPS YOU LOG IN LONGER IN SYSTEM.

Cons: IT LOG YOU OUT AND I WISH IT WOULD JUST STAY UP FOR THE DAY, AND HARD TO GET PT. MONEY BACK ON CARDS.

Pros: The ease of use and customer recall for repeat users is a very nice feature. The ability to store and recall customer information is helpful as some of our customers provide multiple credit cards for the same account. The printed receipt is very clear and organized.

Cons: It is confusing trying to understand what the fees are for each transaction. I am the finance manager and I am still somewhat in the dark concerning the all the fees.

Overall: It is very user friendly. It keeps records of customer usage.

Pros: What I like most about this software is how user friendly it is. This part makes it very helpful when checking in a busy clinic.

Cons: I am unsure if there is anything that I do not like. I feel as though everything you need is right where you need it.

Pros: Relatively flexible and easy customer usage. Customer service has been great to work with when having questions or issues.

Cons: Would like to see more electronic communication of transactions with us. Seems we have transactions where we don't get an email verification and I need to compare with bank activity and OMNI activity. Not a big issue, but would help. Would be nice if the daily email would list the customer transactions that were involved in the total.

Pros: VERY easy to use! Easy to change and/or update card numbers/accounts as well as keep track of our customers.

Cons: Not being able to customize certain areas for my business. Some areas we need to have more specific but the over all set up serves us just fine.

Pros: It automates payment. That is it. There really is nothing else I can add to this section, but it's forcing me to write 100 characters.

Cons: Multiple times there have been glitches. 1. I sent an invoice to a client, but the system glitched and the invoices were never sent out.
2. I wish there was a way for the invoice to automatically send out each month, so I wouldn't have t o log in and send the invoice out each month manually.

Customer service was able to directly connect with Carolina and review existing features in the application that directly addressed the issues she had raised.

Omnifund is a very beneficial program. It helps to have such useful records of past transactions.

Pros: I like having reports, receipts and records all in one place. Also, it is very easy and fast to use when taking payment over the phone.

Cons: I wish it would give me better explanations for why a card declines, whether it is their card or if I input the information in wrong. There are very few cons for this software.

Pros: the program is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I enjoy the pages are not cluttered and it looks very clean.

Cons: I do not like being logged out after not being active after a certain amount of time, I use the program all day long with many others. having to log into this program every 5 min is time consuming.

Pros: Very easy to use. I can access the application from anywhere in the world I have internet access. Payments can be made by the customers directly from the emailed invoice. Works with both ACH and Credit card Payments. Integrates beautifully with the entire gotoBilling suite of products.

Cons: I can't add product inventories yet, but it's supposed to be available by Fall of 2010.

Overall: This is a great, simple to use application. I love that its SaaS and I can manage my payments from anywhere on the globe.
