Pros

This software is so feature rich it's insane. It allows for multiple users and has bulit in checks so that invoice numbers are not duplicated.

Cons

That being said, it's not that easy to use. There is definitely a learning curve. There are a lot of Tcodes to remember.

It has been very useful with some kinks to fix but easy to deal.

Pros

It's useful and beneficial for keeping our software up to date and running properly. We have someone who handles department and seems to be working well.

Cons

We have had some issues with some procedures not functioning properly. For instance, invoices not being delivered to customers. Wish there was some sort of immediate notification to report any issues.

### "Best Survey Tool You Can Get"

Pros

Clicktools is one of the best survey and form tools that you can get. It offers you limitless options on the layout and way the fields (i.e. conditional fields, etc.) work. Even more important is that it works well with CRM systems, like Salesforce. You can easily send surveys out that update records in your CRM and more.

Cons

While Clicktools is powerful, it is also fairly costly compared to some of the other survey tools out there. So you need to make sure you really need all the complex features.

Pros

It was a stable platform, the raw form we used before the CRM was implemented, the options and abilities were night and day between the CRM and the raw SAP ticketing system. The controlled version could be good for a group with limited abilities or job duties. For a working help desk, providing solution it was in the way.

Cons

It was not easily modified, you will need a skilled SAP programmer to support your CRM module. Too much room wasted on the graphic layout and no ability to change at the help desk end, the CRM for help desk was a burden. it struggles to provide useful info and ease of function.

I like the fact that SAP is a "work horse". It does what you need it to , when you need it done. I have yet to have any issues or problems with this product nor anyone that I know that uses it as well.

Cons

Making custom changes without intensive effort if difficult. Vendor is very product oriented rather than customer oriented.

SAP I have used for administrative purposes and marketing, as it is a small company it has been easy to include the portfolio of clients for their management. It has a pleasant environment, although sometimes it does not work at all well with chrome. I must say that when it comes to handling large amounts of data sometimes it takes longer than usual, I have always assumed that it is because of the size of the information.

Pros

It is a very good option for sales and marketing teams because of its easy handling, data management is within the cloud and can be configured quickly without having a large incorporation process.

Cons

It lacks the ability to integrate with third-party applications, which can be a significant weakness since it works with the cloud.

Pros

It is a large enterprise solution that is able to span several departments and maintain functionality for most team's needs

Cons

It is very archaic looking, you need 35 character long function addresses to know what command you are asking it to complete. There is no (at least in our instance) responsive feature to edit or change a report to be exactly what you need, so I end up pulling 2 or 3 and having to manually cross reference.

I would not be able to do my job without the ability to write purchase orders quickly and efficiently. There is also the benefit of being able to look up everything in the system. It can give you a broader view of what kind of purchase your whole group or even entire company is making.

Pros

I like that once you learn the program it gets easier to use over time. Mostly the reporting and the purchase order creation are the features that I use; they were fairly complicated to learn but now that I have used the product I can get both tasks done very quickly.

Cons

It was very hard to learn and most people are scared by it. I think because it reminds people of how old computer programs used to work, having to put in commands, etc.

Take a long time to figure out what you can do. Also when you save your favourites for a transaction you can’t go back and see what the transaction code is (not that I know off) to tell people the transaction number as you save it as a different personalised title
