Pros

SAP continues to develop cutting edge applications and working on a customer friendly user interface. They offer a full product line so a company is able to leverage integration to all aspects of their back office. They are introducing enhancements very quickly now based on actual user requests.

Cons

Prior to the Cloud offerings, the UI for CRM was clunky and not user friendly. Many times when questioning how something works because it doesn't work as a user would expect they would answer "it is working as designed".

I like that your can put detailed notes into the system after having a conversation with a customer.

Cons

It is very over the top and not very user friendly. If no one on the business knew how to use it already then a lot of sales staff would be stuck.

I find it "an invention" for developing sales business. SAP has made this for us easier. Especially salesmen have ability to seek right potential in CRM data and get benefits from it. Also analyze reports are very time saving as we are now using them on monthly sales meetings in order to understand the potentials.

Pros

CRM is the critical tool for sales force which we were manually following back then. SAP has enabled us an overall data and easy use with this program. I am able to find the CRM info for potential sales region and understand to analyze better.

Cons

Now i have actually switched the module but i think the mobile version should be more usable' since sales force has not always laptop with them. It should more like an app like the current apps we are using.

Pros

SAP provides a plethora of integrations between several first and third party programs that allows you to consolidate every bit of information when it comes to Data mining. Being able to use this software will also open many doors as the amount of businesses using it currently is astonishing.

Cons

Some integrations between SAP and other a first party and third party programs requires a very technical approach. Also, updates to the CRM can take quite a while so it may be some time until a new feature will become available to you.

Has a deep domain expertise and technically very advanced product and has many functionalities packaged in its various modules. And now, they have started rolling out Enhancement Packs which allows you to activate new functionalities without effecting your existing changes. Vendor has a nice ecosystem of ERP modules.

Cons

Making custom changes without intensive effort if difficult. Vendor is very product oriented rather than customer oriented.

Pros

Our organization has benefited from SAP technology, our processes have boosted and streamlined for an increase in productivity. Our departments (accounting, payroll, research, etc) are better connected than before.

Cons

There is some learning curve on SAP platforms that may slow down internal processes in the beginning, but as team members get acquainted with the software everything runs much more smoother.

Pros

SAP tools give users ability to fully optimize the marketing initiatives. The customer engagement under this program is amazing, and it allows you to fully target and organize your crowd and SAP can be used in a number of ways as well. The software looks confusing to use at first but is actually pretty intuitive.

It is a good CRM system. The handling is very simple and the surfaces very nice. It is a cloud software that can be implemented very quickly and can be set quickly.

Cons

Some functions have to be set relatively expensive. Such as. the partner solution is not Plug and Play and also the reporting has to be adjusted very individually.

The concept of ECC & CRM workflows are well nurture than the previous versions. we reduced time on building code, testing, defect fixing etc.. The use of Service Management - SLAs are fantastic and We got a clean report what client was requesting us with help of minimal code.

Cons

Queue Management in SAP CRM & ECC was manual push. There's no alternative solutions.

This program can take a little bit to get the hang of, but once you do it is amazing. We use quite a few different CRM programs and this is one of our favorites because the user interface makes things easy to keep track of and organized.

Cons

Same as the pro listed above. This program can take a little bit to learn and can turn some people off to the idea of using it in the first place, but we are sure glad we did.
