### "A great CRM for keeping things organized"

Pros

This program can take a little bit to get the hang of, but once you do it is amazing. We use quite a few different CRM programs and this is one of our favorites because the user interface makes things easy to keep track of and organized.

Cons

Same as the pro listed above. This program can take a little bit to learn and can turn some people off to the idea of using it in the first place, but we are sure glad we did.

Pros

I felt like SAP is very modern and streamlined with a lot of intuitive locations for data, pricing, MATH (which helped me a lot)

Cons

The graphics and colors tended to be dull and sometimes the presentation felt overwhelming for me for the usage.

Cons

Frankly there is nothing much to dislike. SAP CRM does what it says on the tin. We are very happy with the service offering.

I have been helping customers with this Product for almost 10 years now and I like the CRM Web UI and all other features which comes along with it. I am currently helping ATB team to stabilize this product and automate things.

Cons

I like pretty much everything about this. The maintainance is so expensive .

Great, feature-rich CRM but implementing it into business processes can take a while.

Pros

It's a super-powerful and feature-rich platform, suitable for medium and big businesses. Integration can take some time but if properly set is extremely valuable.

Cons

Pricing can get too high, depending on the usage. Integrations don't always play nice with each other.

Pros

In searching for a reliable replacement for using multiple spreadsheets to track pipeline and client activity I found SAP's crm product easy to use and importantly, easy to get up and running. I'm always skeptical of new solutions and the investment of time and resources involved but SAP made it pretty easy to switch over and begin using the product with minimal down time.

Cons

I would love to be able to integrate the product more with my Google apps suite, especially Gmail. SAP isn't able to tell me when and if this is coming but they deem to be responsive to the need.

Pros

SAP provides vast amounts of enterprise information. Design, maintenance, financial performance, quality system, manufacturing, supply chain information to name a few.

Cons

SAP is hard to use. The menus are not intuitive. The information is buried layers deep. Menu selections are not like mainstream software applications and usually do not contain what you would expect.

Cons

I don't particularly like the look and feel, these are designed to be operationally effective, not UX driven.

Pros

As a new user, this software helps me to easily handle and organize the crowd or people. Also, due to its interface you can easily search what you needed and it even present some graphs that give ease to the user since you don't need to create it but just simply analyze it.

Cons

My only problem is that it is tedious specially when making changes but it will pass out before my adjustment period ends.

Cons

Sometimes errors are a little vague and we are unable to determine the root cause. We do, however, get prompt support when submitting OSS notes.

I like the fact that SAP is a "work horse". It does what you need it to , when you need it done. I have yet to have any issues or problems with this product nor anyone that I know that uses it as well.

Cons

I cant say that there is anything negative about this product. I only wish that my position had not changed to where I am not able to utilize its services anymore.
