It's great to be able to get all of this different information from one program rather than log into several to get the same information. Pros It integrates finance, sales, supply chain and shipping in one program. Instead of having to use several different programs, you can get all you need in one. Cons SAP is Microsoft-Access-based, which means it is not particularly user friendly. You really need to know what to click on to make this work for you.
