Easily integrates with other SAP products and updates real time. Also usable by purchasing and supply planning departments in vendor contracts such as terms, discounts, and pricings. It's great to be able to get all of this different information from one program rather than log into several to get the same information. Pros It integrates finance, sales, supply chain and shipping in one program. Instead of having to use several different programs, you can get all you need in one. The model of interaction of buyer side and seller side is a great step towards improving workflows. No extra licenses are required for users making it cost effective on a large scale. Cons Needs intensive training especially for people with no experience with using SAP systems. Customer support will be dependent on your knowledge of the issues or you may be dependent on a consultant.
