Service Technician Information Technology and Services Used the software for: 2+ years ### "SAP an underrated tool " April 25, 2025 5.0 Overall, it is a great application to track inventory, but it is hard to pick up right from the get-go. Pros How it tracks my inventory. It provides all the information given to me when requested. The app also never seems to crash so it is optimized well. Cons This app is not beginner friendly. Meaning that new users don't really have a tutorial on how to use the basic functions. Older employees tend to pass down their knowledge of how to use the application. The menus are accessed by a 6-digit code. If you don't remember the code, good luck trying to find them manually. Review Source CN Conor N.
