Cons Qualities of files like receipts and other printable documents related to the software should be made very accessable and easy to print, sometimes getting a printable document is hidden, makes one to think it need much mastery, by so doing amateur becomes discouraged. Cons I had a glitch in my early days of using the app and getting in touch with customer care was hell... When we have problems and call the help desk, she is always very nice and patient to help us addressing the issue and giving a solution. I would like to promote it in our country. Besides, it also provides the whole spectrum of need. The price is reasonable. Multiple language support is also another feature although the translation is awful sometimes. It takes times to learn how to operate the software. The school system of every country is different from each other. It may take more time to learn. Networking and database are the issues that we need to fix because of incompatible version of all softwares. People of TS school are very nice, patient and excellent attitude.
