I love that I can manage my documents, share files and the learning curve is very easy. This software is great value for money

Cons

There is nothing I can point to that I did not like and I cannot speak about the customer support as I have not needed to use their service

With the implementation of Docuware we are able to get our accounts payable invoices entered so that we are able to run accurate reports in a timely manner.

Pros

Docuware has helped streamline and speed up the input of our mountain of accounts payable invoices. The search functionality makes it easy to find the back up when we need it.

Cons

Docuware does have a learning curve for those of us who do not use it on a daily basis. The daily users are much more efficient with the proram....as you would expect.

Overall using this day to say makes my life so much easier. My work is way more efficient and I can summon any document I want from one point.

Pros

Ease of document management! Super user friendly for a great return. It's super secure and efficient.

Cons

It's not an easy setup initially and customization is pretty limited. It can be costly initially for the business.

Docuware is definitely one of the more easy sign applications to use especially for a beginner to sign

Pros

As a frequent user of Docuware I can simply say I love the way as even as. Beginner it was completely easy to use

Cons

I’ve never had to contact customer support or had a negative experience using Docuware and either have any professionals I’ve sent a document to via Docusign

Pros

DocuWare has automated pulling of invoice data in emails and scans that is achieved by intelligent indexing and OCR. It has enabled them to fill in vendor, date and amount fields accurately and cut down error in the Month end closings.

Cons

Silently failed Folder Import tool may block the large batch upload without notifying me. The lack of some documents could also be identified only at downstream operations.

Pros

Invoices are easily accessible. I love that there are separate tabs that can keep the vendors separate to create a more user-friendly experience.

Cons

Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to look up invoices if you do not have all the information. Otherwise it is a good tool to have.
