Comments: I have been using the pro cloud version and I love it. I also import to QB which I do recommend due to Baymaster not being an accounting program. There help desk is very helpful and If I need to leave a voice mail I always get a return call very quickly.

Comments: Don't like Exceptions list. Don't know how to fix certain objection.
Difficult to extract monthly sales for sales tax purposes.
Can't always get support.
Overall I like the finished product. I feel some of the problems are my lack of knowledge with the system. Perhaps a workshop day or two.
I would attend and pay.
