Comments: Never received the tickets... I wrote to the customer service and all the had to say was to do the transaction again. The problem is that the payment has been took from my credit card !! Will never use this service again !

Pros: Great software and great support.

Cons: Nothing really they are now adding photo upload for season pass processing.

Overall: I would fully recommend this software for waterparks, amusement parks, attractions and events.
