If a case has a statute of limitations it's important to make it a priority. Docket management and time tracking were better than I expected. Access controls and great security are nice to have. The Legal Assistant isn't limited to use on desktop. Cons No having full text search makes it difficult to use. There is no client portal. The calendar and scheduling could be better.
