Pros: Screens are well built, easy to use and have considered human-centered design in their approach for navigation and logical progression. The support team did a good job helping with issues and questions. Overall it was a decent experience setting up and using the tool

Cons: They've made it difficult to export data for graphing, reporting, consolidating, etc. This is pretty annoying when you have a report that doesn't fit requirements or need to build an ad-hoc report.

Overall: Decent forecasting tool for the 3 big aspects of hotel management (revenue, cost, labor).

Pros: User friendly , straightforward lay out of the screens , reliability of forecasted hours needed, all functionalities are relevant, smart forecast and smart budget guidance, the support of the team

Cons: importation of Excel spread sheet in the Schedule not possible?

on the flash rpt screen the column are not aligned . So we have to export to Excel to read it
