Pros

  • It's a great money saver if you do billing in office. The link between the note taking and the practice management is seamless.

  • Ease of use and quality of product for the price.

Cons

  • There are occasions when weird things happen randomly or the system gets over loaded and shuts down if you try and open more charts then it allows.

  • Glitches out at times, but usually doesn't last long; returning patient info a hassle to find at times, poor carry over of info.

"Overall satisfied with product"

Overall: Overall I’m happy with it I don’t think I would switch systems unless I absolutely had to. I purchased the system out right and I don’t currently hold a support contract because it is pretty pricey and I don’t need support enough to make it worth it

Pros: I like the amount of features chiro quick charts complete system offers. Everything is integrated together and I do have to pay extra for text reminders or email reminders. The EHR is fully compatible with their practice management software so it makes it easy to work in both. There are a few bugs If your monitor size isn’t correct but it’s still easy to use and the nuisances don’t really slow me down or inconvenience me.

Cons: The slight bugs that happen when the monitor isn’t the correct size. I upgraded from their original system which didn’t have the issues. There are occasions when weird things happen randomly or the system gets over loaded and shuts down if you try and open more charts then it allows.
