My biggest concern was how long it would take me to get up and running with it. Within 2 days, I fetl comfortable with it. Tech support gets back to you immediately (even though I have only contacted them twice) and resolves problems right away. I think the best thing is that it can be customized to anyone's style of practice which is refreshing. Should have done this a long time ago! ChiroQuick Charts is the ONLY company that speaks in a langauge that is understandable not only english speaking but also in explaining the technical aspects. It only took a few weeks to get a real good grasp of the workings of this system. Cons The poor transition from old software.
