We have been using quick-charts now for about 3 years. I have to say that the Chiro QuickCharts staff has been very helpful with answering questions when we have them. We get regular updates that usually upgrade the product to better meet our needs as time goes on. My staff feels very comfortable in calling if we have any problems at all. I have been able to meet the criteria needed for Medicare's attestation in 2012, 2013 and 2014.

The CQC software has worked very well in our office. We currently have 3 doctors, 6 adjusting rooms and we spent about 5 hours online to train. The software is easy to use, it is easy to customize and the touch screen feature is great. Also our current patient management software easily communicates with the CQC. With our third year of EHR attestation, we will be completely paid back for our entire investment.

I'd tell any practitioner looking to transition to electronic records to find a completely integrated system (EHR & PMS) that fits their needs. Finally look at costs. Go with what they feel is best for their practice. Don't go for the lowest price go for the best value for the dollar that satisfactorily integrates with their practice. I choose Chiro Quick Charts because it was the best value for my practice.

I bought CQC in 2014 on the advice of fellow doctors. I am pleased with my choice. I like how the system has different technique systems incorporated into the EHR. Sometimes they may be a bit slow (from my view point) they always get it done. For me, the biggest selling point is the customer service. I can always get a reply to my questions, no matter how basic.

Compare to other software with complicate and often confusing dashboards much like sitting at the cockpit of a jumbo 767, Chiro-QuickCharts is easy to navigate with big buttons and doing daily notes and keeping up MU is literally just a few clicks of the mouse away.

Pros

I like that it communicates with the PM system in converting patient information. There are a few glitches but still a work in progress.

Cons

That the same passcode is used for QC and PM. In billing you want no one else to have the passcode but with QC the Dr.s and pt must have it.

Good technical support, compliant documentation, very easy to use, has all the functions you could need

Cons

Glitches out at times, but usually doesn't last long; returning patient info a hassle to find at times, poor carry over of info
