Pros

Mostly straight forward and easy to use. Once you find the correct screen.

Cons

Sometimes finding the correct screen can be a chore until I'm more familiar with the system.

There usually isn't a long wait to speak to a rep and they solve most of my problems rather quickly. The technicians are kind and mostly ready to help.

Pros

I like the simplicity of receiving answers to my problems. I really appreciate that the technicians are knowledgeable and get to my desired resolutions quickly.

Cons

I work late hours most days and the offices for Real Green close too early for my liking. The after hours staff seem to always be rude/not interested in helping, and I stopped calling after hours because my tickets were either not being addressed or they were being addressed much later than if I just called again during normal business hours.

I cancled mobile live a year ago . Three times .. even in Texas at the show !!! And still charges me ..no one will talk to me .

Pros

I’m giving myself false hope that I will get a phone call today.. and the original owner probably would’ve fixed this by now

Cons

Lack of communication - I would appreciate someone calling me. \[sensitive content hidden\] , really like I don’t understand.

Overall, I am happy with it. I use it majority of the time on a computer, which is great. The only trouble I have is the few times a week when I use it on my phone which can be difficult at times.

I like how easy it is to use and the format in which it is laid out.

### "SA5 is less user friendly the SA4"

The transfer to SA5 has not been good and we are limited to what we can do in SA5.

Pros

It saves hours off time for routing and production.

Cons

SA5 does not allow us to do things that we did in SA4. It has been a frustrating experience. Now when we call into Real Green we do not speak to a technician, but rather a customer service rep who most times does not know how to fix the problem and has to call us back. 50% they never call back.

I am very new to RealGreen, therefore am taking it all in this week. I like the amount of support available and how friendly the entire staff has been.

Pros

Mostly user friendly. Lots of capabilities just need to understand where and what.

Cons

Being new to the system, I am not seeing a problem yet. I am on the production side of the business so might have feedback once more involved.

It was phenomenal because of the instructors and the easy interface.

Pros

The interface was easy to navigate and user friendly for new users such as myself.

Cons

The only con that I can think of is that when it comes to the notes for techs and customers, there are chances at times if not careful that clients can see tech notes they shouldn't.
