### "SCAMMERS!!"

Awful! Spent $20,000 of my retirement money (my fault for being dumb enough to trust these people) and over the course of two years and constantly trying to get a hold of them I received not one single phone call!!! When I did get a hold of them every now and then, they really didn't care and mostly;y gave me the "we don't give guarantees" speech. I really wish I would have never signed a contract, when my new "account manager" called me and I told him I wanted out he had no problem with it and didn't have any interest in trying to make anything right. I wish I could sue for my money back, these people are thieves!!

Pros

The ideas that they are the best and only game in town.

Cons

The fact that they do NOT care! They basically stole $20,000 from me and could have cared less.

RealGreen has changed our business! It has paid for itself many times over!

Pros

I like the Routing, weather capture, and price chart features the best.

Cons

Cannot capture weather on work orders. Also there is not a stream lined way to print the backs of invoices without a mobile printer.

It has been good so far. I am new to SA5 and have really utilized the support. Without the support navigating would be very difficult.

Pros

Good customer service. Without it I would be lost other than relying on past owner to guide me in some ways.

Cons

Reports are good but sometimes they are bit overwhelming

It's an invaluable tool for managing client accounts, streamlining communication and ensuring timely service delivery

Pros

I liked that it is an all-in-one platform which offers features like scheduling, routing and billing,etc. Also, offers robust CRM features, and provides detailed analytics and reporting.

Cons

Learning curve is steep and would require some time to learn for new users. There are some sync issues occasionally and customization options are also limited as compared to others.

### "Long time Real Green user. "

Overall experience is good with RG. Wish there were just a few more options as stated before. (Installment report options and also time clock use.)

Pros

I have used RG since LA3 days. I loved using it. Easy to use. Now I am using SA5. It is different but just as easy to use.

Cons

SA4 short cuts are not in SA5. Lack of installment report options to choose from. Minimal override options. Too many windows to open for a simple task to be completed. Minimal time clock options. Was told we cannot use the timeclock without additional services purchased. Timeclock should be available for use to filter man hours in the jobs and use for payroll at least, even as a separate charge would be fine.

History is more valuable than recreating it in another system. Also, product doesn't comply with chemical laws and regulations with Dept. of Agriculture.

its been pretty meh. as stated above, some things are glitchy, tech support agents can sometimes have a bad attitude and the monthly price is high when considering all the nickel and diming. The software seems overly robust for what we use it for, were just part of a franchise and cant shop for competitive products unfortunately.

the fact that there are many reports we can generate.

Cons

how complicated and glitchy things are, the nickel and diming for add ons and the sometimes negative attitude of tech support.

Overall, after 6 years, I would say RealGreen is a great product.

Pros

There are many reports and functions that there is a way to do most anything you are trying to do in the system.

Cons

We have had a lot of outages/crashes this year that had caused our office a lot of catch up work.

I honestly can’t think of anything that I particularly like

Cons

Not intuitive at all. The UI is Unstructured and illogical throughout. Very long learning curve for new user bc it’s so non intuitive. Reporting does not make sense to me at all - cumbersome to access information, making it difficult for a business owner to make data driven decisions.

### "Don't upgrade to SA5."

Accounting is ridiculous. No one ever answers the phone. It's always a call back. No one seems to have an answer to any account information. They all tell you they will get back to you. Very bad experience. Payments take forever to post. Once a check is mailed I don't see it clear for 10-16 days. SMH.

Pros

The Technical support is very good. I don't have anything else good to say about SA5. When \[sensitive content hidden\] sold this company everything went down hill.

Cons

SA 5 is terrible. It's extremely slow compared to SA 4. 4 was hosted on our computer. Now every time you want to look up a customer it takes 30 seconds to a minute. You can't open multiple windows the same way as 4. Overall we are very disappointed. I wish I had never changed.

When I first started with Real Green over 20 years ago, they were the best platform to run in your business. Service was great, the product was good, The representatives were knowledgeable, I was very happy with it, but the system was a little pricey. The last 5 years since they sold and became work wave I have seen a massive drowning of what was once an excellent business tool. The service, knowledge, product, cost and the people are sadly deteriorated to a company you absolutely DO NOT want to get involved with. I would much rather continue to use them, than to go through the process of changing to a new system. This system will crush your business and take a lot of profit with out right lies and shear incompetence.

Pros

It can help organize your business at a hefty cost

Cons

Service that you pay a hefty price each month is non existent When you do get to talk to someone they can not fix the problem System is very slow The billing department will not return your calls on incorrect Bills The system goes down often

I have been with them from the beginning in the late 90's. I have been pleased with the progress they have made with things getting better and easier to use.

Pros

They have always strived to make things better. Always improving the system and making things easier to use and better.

Cons

I would have to say, sometimes the wait time to get someone to return your call. It would be great if the shipping cost could be cheaper for the paper supplies you buy.

Overall I'm content with RG but I wish the UI were better and more user friendly.

Pros

RG does what I need it to do, I like the routing assistant

Cons

The software seems thrown together with buttons and functions all over the place. I don't like to be nickle and dimed for things. The CAW and AMA processes look like they are from 1998.

I've used this software for over 24 years. I love how it helps companies grow!

Pros

Everything, number 1 would be the upsells for AMA and the ease to quote a potential customer right over the phone in less than 2 min. And with it being cloud based, can work from anywhere!

Cons

Wish I had a little more control and options in the templates when I'm designing. Sometimes it's a little tricky but I make it work.

Reason for choosing RealGreen

Our demo was in person at the time, many many years ago and the RG staff were very hands on with answering questions.

Pros

I like you can do work through it on a easier scale of things to help finish business items while at the office or in the field

Cons

That it has a very bad load up when working in the field here in Denver, the site always crashes, maybe the site or bandwidth is not that good when out in the field on realgreen moble live, but it never works here in the Denver area at all

It's been good, we have really experimented with it on a couple of dummy accounts and found what works. We are experimenting with inventory items and realized we might be able to make thigs even more streamlined. Might work better for some things than flag codes. All good stuff!

Pros

The way we can customize what we are doing. With all the options if one thing is not working for us, we can try several other ways to make it work better. Like with routing and with coding an account.

Cons

It gets really slow in the evenings and afternoons and we are having to wait a long time between screens and some of the options to fix things like Targets for products are hidden. If they come up on a search that would be awesome!

Pros

Everything that I need to do in my role is fairly easy using Real Green. Even with all that I do on a daily basis (account management, payments, payment reports, statements & invoices, scheduling, and Managing the Collections through Real Green with APR, it works very well. There are still so many features that I do not utilize in my role, but I enjoy learning new things within the system.

Cons

Recently, customers on autopay have been double charged for their treatments. It seems that there is some sort of outage about once per month, often lasting just a few minutes, but sometimes for several hours. It grinds our busy time to a halt.
