E-commerce Manager Hospitality ### "Easy to use and cost effective invoicing solution with a great list of features." 5.0 Overall Rating 5.0 5.0 Ease of Use 5.0 5.0 Features 5.0 5.0 Customer Service 5.0 5.0 Likelihood to Recommend 10/10 March 29, 2021 We did check couple of other solutions before we partner with EasyPay, others were only providing very basic features and functions in comparison to EasyPay in fact other service providers either did not have a comprehensive invoicing system instead they just had the payment link function or those who had invoicing option had many restrictions or additional charges for accessing different features moreover they all were charging a set up fee while EasyPay doesn't restrict their features based on different versions they just charge a reasonable fee for their services without any hidden fees. Pros It was a easily set up and EasyPay team made sure every function works correctly before they release the software to us they even provided a test version of the software to make us familier with the system before we do any live transactions, they have great features making it easier for us to share invoices with our clients and payment updates are coming directly in to mobile so we do not miss any. EasyPay also sends automatic payment reminders to our clients until the payment is made so we are free from manual follow ups. Cons So far so good hope their great customer support will continue to remain as it is in the future. We like every feature so far nothing to highlight. If we were to continue to use it, I would suggest an update of features. Pros How easy it was for people to take payments and that it didn’t require having a device in order to take payment. You could take payment anywhere with internet. Cons There was basically one feature. taking payments and that was it. Reporting was outdated.
