I was using this to track employees, who had company phones, and were in company trucks. It is not as accurate as it needs to be. I drove to a location to see what a truck was doing there, as there were no calls in the area, it was a vacant lot, next to a church and there was no one on the vicinity. I have had this issues several times, a to E or two the phone was completely wrong as the person was in the building and the messages showed them several streets over. I was told it was the phone/telephone service in our rural area.

Pros

The software is easy to use and the help staff is great. However, if your phone service, or perhaps if the phone is older, the data will not be correct.

Cons

At times, I have had issues finding the information I need, especially for previous days.

StreetSmart has provided us with the support to verify our visits to clients in the field and helped resolve errors and discrepancies in both visits and in mileage and travel time reporting.

Pros

Relatively easy to use. Most of our employees were able to utilize the application with less than 15 minutes of demonstration time.

Cons

When employees are in areas of no cell or wifi coverage for longer periods of time, they get disconnected from the server and reconnecting has had some glitches at times.

My goal was to get closed service calls back to the office for biliing quickly. The software does many good things but just falls short in a few key areas that would make it usable.

Pros

Ability to see where my techs are and what job they are on

Cons

Missing some key features for us: Cant add custom fields to the location records Cant paste a jpeg into call detail As jobs are updated to the techs, it does not tell which job got updated. Closed service call PDF's dont contain the location name. Have to open them to see what customer it was Just to mention a few

Very good. As I mentioned, both sales and development were great to work with to set things up. We have implemented in the field (initial) and the output is very good.

Pros

We like the ease of use in the field. I liked the dedication to customization from the team up front.

Cons

Limitations around billing and licensing. I have 3rd parties that install for me. I'd like a better solution for them using the program for jobs working with us from Billing to Execution.

The first project manager helping us was the worst, then we made a big deal about it and the second person was wonderful. She did the best she could with what she could offer. The support team are awful too. You will lose you cool everytime you need to call them.

Pros

IT has a lot important and hard features to get on one place. GPS and timestamp, geoface, forms, the ability to customize them is some ways.

Cons

There were more dislikes than likes, but I feel is lack in some simples features such as calendar functionalities. The interface is AWFUL and out of date. IT's not a simple program to use or learn and the interface is stuck in the 2000's.
