We’ve had an excellent experience working with Total E Integrated. Their POS system has been a reliable and efficient solution for our operation, helping to streamline transactions, reporting, and day-to-day management. As a multi-course manager, the system has saved me valuable time by allowing me to easily pull accurate, consolidated reports across all sites. This is a significant improvement over our previous system, where I often spent hours verifying numbers and compiling data. Now, I’m able to reinvest that time into being in front of our customers and working alongside my team. What stands out most about Total E Integrated is the level of support and responsiveness from their team. Any questions or issues are handled quickly and professionally, which gives us confidence in relying on their system during our busiest times. The platform itself is user-friendly and adaptable, making it easy for our staff to learn and use effectively. Overall, Total E Integrated has been a strong partner in improving our operational efficiency, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable POS solution.

Pros

\-The web POS is easy to use, intuitive interface for staff -Reliable, accurate reporting across multiple locations -Responsive and knowledgeable support team -Flexible system that adapts well to operational needs, the support staff are great for passing on feature requests and creative in brainstorming work arounds while those features are in development

Cons

While the web-based POS is a major strength, it does rely on strong internet connectivity, which could present challenges for operations in rural locations with limited infrastructure.

We originally decided on this software to integrate all departments operations in one system; this did not work out. We spent months discussing our issues with customer service, and it was very hit or miss. I understand this is a smaller, "niche market" company, and it is on the cheaper side, but the lack of functioning integration with online bookings and inter-department operations has caused us to move on. Very easy to train new employees on though, and the "room view" portion is handy for our maintenance and housekeeping forecast.

Pros

We switched off of a very old system, so some of the functions seemed nice and new. The ability to integrate all departments (F&B, golf tee times, membership, and lodging) is what made us decide on Total Integrated in the first place.

Cons

VERY glitchy software. Room swaps could wind up leaving two reservations in the same room on the same night.

I took the lead for our company in 2015 and was on the ground implementing and working hand in hand with Total E to launch their software at over 12 of our properties. The experience and customer service was exceptional.

Pros

Total E Integrated product is all inclusive and provides your customer/member with an experience unlike any other software company.

Cons

All of the features that we needed were included in the software.
