Technical support second to none, any and all problems have always been solved, whether it takes 2 minutes or 2 days, the technical support as I said is superb. I have just started a new financial year data base for the first time in a few years and now I know my way around, finding a lot more things more helpful such as dashboard, making sure everything is ordered, invoiced and paid in time

there isn't much to learn with the software and it's fairly powerful for the cost. I'm curious to see what it's like once I start adding multiple users with different permissions. There are a few minor drawbacks from the purchasing side, with the stock suggestions and dealing with supplier backorders. We've ironed a lot of that out as we adjust our min/max and clean up our inactive codes.

My only complaint with the software is that the full version is twice(roughly) the price of the regular version of the software. I would like to have the full version but I can't justify the price for the added features. I have recommended the software on numerous occasions but was told the price was more then what they thought the full version was worth, they bought a different program.

I have used several databases, but the transition to Inflow has been a great choice for us! Their support is awesome! The program is easy to use and very versatile! Overall, I can not imagine life without it now. Inflow resolved so many problems we had in the past with certain internal communications with their genius layout of the program. It is a fantastic database!

This software is great for kit building and for keeping track of multiple inventory locations. We use Inflow daily and rely on the reporting and the low inventory alerts. It's also a great tool for keeping track of item/kit costing so you know what your profits are. The only wish we have is that it was easier to link with other software to import orders automatically.

Where it lacks is in detailed integrated report generator. There is some ability to do reports but it lack in several areas in conditioning report. There are no (if, and, but) etc to breakdown reporting in more detail. Also in mass price changes(Product Pricing) etc, you should be able to stay in that area without the program going all the way back to the menu.

Inflow is exactly as the name suggests - it flows in our business perfectly. The integration I require to continue to use Inflow is with Xero. If this is introduced, Inflow will be perfect for our business. We use the features of bill of materials, invoicing, statements, reports. I was using the trial version for testing. I introduced this to my company, after using for some days; they approved the purchase. Very useful for generating reports of sales, payment followup etc. Very easy to learn. Good support. I feel some difficulty in Document customization . And looking for mac versions. I am sure they will look into this.

We literally used Google to find a new invoicing/inventory program and came across InFlow. We have been completely satisfied with the program and the help staff. We find it easy to use and if we have anything that we need help on, the staff are very knowledgeable. We would recommend it over any of the big software names out there on the market today!

I run a small business where I need to have records of items with serial numbers. Inflow has been an ideal choice for me. I still am struggling with few things such as customer reports, collecting batch payments for a particular order as of now I need to manual open a sales order and mark as paid. A few here there but overall and excellent product.

I searched for a long time trying to find an inventory software that would work well for my small business, without breaking the bank. I was used to using a much more complicated retail software (and by complicated I mostly mean difficult and convoluted), and found this to have most of the same functionality in a much simpler package. So bravo!

Since the first day of set up of version 2.0, inflow has been easy to use, easy to set up and just all around easy to work with. Only had to contact their customer service once to set up multiple users. Their service department responded with all information needed and nothing that was not, great support and a great product all around.

Allow most customization. Don't require much training to use it.

We use the tool for general stock management and manufacturing work order planning from sales through to purchase orders of component parts to the sale of a manufactured item. Inflow seems to struggle when having to work out the component shortages when comparing them to a bill of materials - we find we end up doing this manually...

had an invoice error with the software a few years ago, contacted tech support , was not easy to get hold of a person to speak too. when i eventually spoke with someone they were not able to help me with the software problem and i still have the problem to this day showing as an open order and i am not able to get rid of it.

We use this product for our vendor purchase orders. It has been a huge help in tracking the overall purchases we do. We also use the product for parts inventory on equipment we service. Then it has been huge help for tracking expense on jobs we are on site doing daily. Overall the inFlow product has been great.

I implemented inflow to track parts that i was responsible for. Before InFlow, we never knew who had what part or what we had in stock. It solved this issue easily. I can track technician and inhouse inventory and generate reports. It was easy to setup and use. Only con is no built-in serial number tracking.

The one thing that would be extremely helpful to production inventory forecasting is a Gross Requirements Report. This would allow you to forecast raw material needs on a list of items to be produced out one to twelve months. When you order large quantities of item from over seas it's a vital time saving tool.
