I though this software is perfect for my business As it was my first time to use software system, but I realized that inflow doesn't update anything that customers need. It is pretty one way communication as they don't listen or keep their promise that they will develop but nothing keep on. I recommend to use local software if you are in oversea as I live in Australia. The reason for using local software, they know rather than international software because you loose a lot of features like link bank and tax system. I recommend this software if who dose simply using software for invoicing a payment. Thanks

I find this system very good to use. How ever there are some issues which make it difficult for the job position I am in. There are some issue I have with backing up my inflow which I am attending to this now. Also I am still currently waiting for an improvement in regards to being able to apply costs to weight, which allow me to use it in a formula to correct my pricing. I have found inflow very easy to use and it has been pretty easy to teach others how to use this system too. For the business I am in, it does satisfy most of my needs which prior to getting inflow was a very difficult and time consuming process.

Pros

I can't think of a better software used this was such a better system than what we had previously. It's really easy to use and was easy to navigate

Cons

Once you get the hang of it there was no issue with that at all. However he did take a little bit longer for some of my team to get used to it.

Pro's: It's a blank canvas, you decide how you want to use it. The ability to link photo's with the parts for us has been invaluable. Customizable categories have allowed us to break our inventory (4500 part and rising) into very manageable blocks. Purchase orders, and multiple vendors has allowed us to easily go back to where we purchased an item last, and verify that we are buying from the most competitive supplier. Con's: After pulling 200+ parts from our stock list, I REALLY miss being able to just change the item from stock, to non-stock. The change can be made.... but not nearly as easily as before.

I run a small business with a lot of products and , in general, Inflow is fantastic and serves me very well. The customer service is great - timely and helpful. My primary issue is that Inflow doesn't play well with others. An export to QB is an obvious starting place. If Inflow and QB connected - even simply to begin with - it would be huge and would save time and money in not re-entering sales and customer data. Another sore point is their export feature. Ideally, there should be more control over and choice in exporting data details (eg specify which products, sales, dates, etc).

After weeks of researching over 25 options inventory software I decided to buy InFlow. I am convinced this is be the best option for a small to medium sized business. I specifically like the easiness of use from the purchasing to the sales phase. The invoices and reports that it generates are and very professional looking. It is very convenient that you can print, save, and email both invoices and reports and that the reports can be customized. I am in the retail business and love the fact that I can have 3 different pricing schemes and that I can use multiple currencies.

The software itself is awesome. Something to improve: I think the look of the PO and SO is a little too simple. It would be great if there is some outlines throughout the PO and SOs. Also, it would be great if there are notifications send to us about new versions available to download online. It would also be great if you guys can create some sort of re-order notifications, say like to track how many quantity of that item we sold every week and calculate how long our inventory is gonna last and have re-order notifications based on that. Thank you very much!

Overall I'm very satisfied with the product. I use it to manage my sales and inventory of Alpaca products. Had some past issues with it frequently not loading correctly when launched, but that seems to have been fixed. A big plus is allowing customers to use the free version to get used to the system and make sure it meets their needs. I now have over 100 products/customers so I needed to purchase the unlimited version. I like the expanded reporting as well, however I would like to be able to run year-to-year sales comparisons and haven't found a report for that yet.

Lack of payment integration (This is a huge disappointment!) Importing products is a slow process. Can't delete products in mass within the system.

Seems like excellent, but not having rights to edit user access is a major concern, with the regular license. At lease s/w must have to have pre define few user roles with different access rights.

When i wanted to automate processes in the company, I have a group of computer-adverse staff worried on how they will cope. Thankfully, InFlow was intuitive and easy to use, even those that have not used a computer before didn't take long to know how to use it. Also, when i meet with problems, all i have to do is send in an e-mail and my questions will be replied promptly! I would say that this is a sincere software company as they constantly listens and reviews the needs of their customers and subsequently come up with updates that suits the needs.

I use inflow 1 years now and I am very happy with the program. The most common problem I have got is that I count the real stock and it doesn't match inflow, because I forgot to put a sales order on picked and shipped. Maybe you want to put in reminders (pop-ups or a quick and small reports of the inventorystatus of sales orders). So a user doesn't forget to put a sales order on shipped. In my case there is very little time between putting in a sales order (at confirmation of the sales order) and shipment. Very low reservation time so to say.

We have been using InFlow for some time now to control stocks of supplies for our NGO. It was easy to set up and with good reporting however a bit more flexibility to customise the reports would be useful. We would recommend this software to anyone who wants close control of their inventory.

Ive been using Inflow Inventory for four years. I rarely need to contact the help desk as this system is so user friendly and- I have trained a number of colleagues on the system over the passed four years and it's noticeable that people always it up quickly as it's quite intuitive. Whenever I have accessed the Help desk Ive always gotten a quick, friendly, professional response - the support desk is really one of the best features of Inflow. I would highly recommend as a cost effective product for small to medium size businesses!

The entry of product and invoices works great, the set up is a little confusing the first time around for an inexperienced person (like me). I would like to see a couple of changes for using some of the the report functions but again It is probably me not the program. I have 50 Subway restaurants to keep track of with their supplies and it does a great job. I have used their customer service a couple of times and they are quick and can explain things to someone like me. Kudos to you guys! Thanks for a good product at a great price.

There is a reason that the word awesome exists, and it is in line with inFlow Inventory. Granted, it is not a full accounting solution, but the ease of use, quick setup, constant improvement and above all dedicated, friendly, passionate staff put this company on my top ten list every time. Pros are too many to detail... Cons have to be that it is not a cloud solution yet and that it could have a better integration with other accounting software's... Overall, I don't see growing my business without it. Congrats and Happy Bday!

I've been using the system for 3 years now. It's been perfect for my use, the couple of little glitches I see within the system for my uses include: 1) It is difficult to charge for something and be able to track it without putting it in your inventory, for example if I order in a specialty item, I don't want it in my inventory as an item, but I do need to put it on a bill. 2) Even after deactivating certain items, they still pop up every now and then while trying to bill. I've had really awesome help any time I've had an issue.

I've tried several products both Android and PC based. I hesitated to try this software because of the price. I downloaded it and after a few hours, I was convinced it was worth every penny. Further, the community forum is fantastic including the Inflow representatives responding very quickly. They even help you understand how to use the software with multiple people/PC's without avoiding it so you will buy additional licenses. Very honest of them! I would recommend this to anyone who has inventory to manage for a reasonable cost!

This program is awesome for any small business. I have been using since its very first version and have been very pleased with it. It has not been fool proof but the guys at Inflow were always quick to help so I could get back up and running with minimum delays. Whenever I suggest a change that would make my business more productive, the guys at Inflow were always more than happy to look at implementing the change in their next upgrade version. All in all a great program for any small businesses with a small budget.

I found the software by chance and thank god I did. I run a voluntary sports club with multiple kit items and customers. This has made managing kit items so easy and manages the cash flow at the same time. Looking forward and I hope soon to a MAC version
