The product is great - flexible, customizable, easy to use for sure. What makes it even better is that the people behind it are there for their customers. I've had nothing but great experiences from the initial sale contact to finalizing our implementation to follow up and questions. Just a first class organization with people who really care about their customers and want to deliver a top-notch product!

Very Good Experience in or first 6+ months, looking forward to tapping in to all that it offers our team and business.

Pros

Excellent team behind SmartSearch - Recruiters love the new tools and features! Happy with our decision to roll to APS as key partner.

Cons

Implemenetation - fairly smooth but still required lots of data clean up

Pros

As close to a custom ATS without the cost of customization. Support is by far the best I have had from software companies.

Cons

They have exceeded all my expectations.
