I use cradle to model and manage safety process requirements. I tend to use classical Structured Analysis and Design method and cradle is one of only a very few tool that seem to support this method nowadays! Overall experience has been very good.

Pros

Cradle is able to seamlessly trace requirements from the very onset of a project, through the modelling stages, right down to code. The tool is completely configurable so is easy to tailor to specific needs and processes. No other tool seems to offer this facility.

Cons

The Shear configurability of the tool is a massive plus point however this means the configuration can be complex. That said, most preconfigured options are probability adequate for most projects.
