Pros: I like that it has a lot of different educational and administrative options within the platform to make financial plans and handle my HSA and other related benefits
Cons: There are things I am neutral about right now but nothing stands out as really bad.

Pros: I have not experienced any issues with WEX Benefits. I am able to easily use my commuter funds by linking the credit card to my phone.
Cons: The website/user experience is outdated. Not sure if this is from WEX itself but the limit of when the HSA funds turns into investment is rather high at the $2,000 mark.
"Disappointed Long Time Customer"
Overall: Our overall experience has been very negative. They switched websites a year or two ago and did not close the old cards after sending new cards, and charged us late payments for accounts that should have been closed out. It was very confusing, and the customer service pretty much did not exist. We should have switched fleet gas services then!
Pros: The WEX cards were easy for our employees to use to get gas for our fleet.
Cons: The customer service is terrible. We used WEX for 30+ years, and there was a storm that took out our internet for a week, so we had to mail a check instead of paying online like we usually do. The check got there late (for the first time in a long time), and instead of being understanding to a loyal customer, they charged us over $1,200! Their website is also an impossible to navigate maze, and just isn't worth it.

Pros: Allows for immediate tracking of expenses, fraud alerts, and has 3rd party API
Cons: if you're 1 day late, they destroy you with finance charge of insane proportions and getting them to reverse them is a nightmare
