Pros Drag & drop along with archive and retention abilities allow us to create the templates we need and pull up prior documents fast to meet customer demands. Cons This software has all the essential bells and whistles to make doing business fast and easy. I don't see anything missing at this price point. A form can be designed to have an intricate number of tentacles for gathering data from multiple areas and yet the consistency of one form and one process for all. The answer to one question, determines the next questions to be answered or skipped. Pros Love this software for streamlining forms. It is very intuitive and user friendly. One can set up queries that will either generate additional queries or hide unnecessary detail depending on a users response. This saves both time and frustration at the user end, because they no longer have to respond to questions that are unrelated to their particular concerns or areas of expertise. Cons I was only recently introduced to this software and at this point haven't really run into any issues.
