Pros

Formatta E-Forms are used by our organization, mostly for accounting purposes (i.e. expense reimbursement forms). It is a simple, solid tool for creating forms and having them go through a simple approval process.

Cons

We've been limited when trying to expand the approval process for forms, but have been limited with what we can do there.
