Pros VBAS is a barebones benefits management system. I guess it technically gets the job done, but is not user-friendly. Cons The software is not user-friendly. I find myself wanting to click on links that arent hotlinks and navigate to sections that don't exist. The administrator has generally been great to work with, but this software was not good at all. It was not user friendly for us or our employees. Reporting was very difficult to set up. Took many steps to get to the info you were searching for. We switched after one year.
