Pros: Gives you more power of your benefits and a centralized area. Your employees can see their old benefits and the usage they had. Gives them more power to make an informed decision.

Cons: I really can't think of any except the price is pretty steep. The features of the product is very useful but you do pay for everything. You have to configure some yourself and if you want them to do it you have to pay more.

Overall: More power to make better benefit decisions.
