Pros

Easy to use and understand. Great customer support. They are there to assist after the sale. Prompt to answer questions. Affordable option for our size of operation.

Cons

Import capability wasn't intuitive. Couldn't do by myself even though I tried. For a very small affordable fee they did it for me, and fast. Saved me a lot of time but I wish I could have done it myself. The lengths of fields in areas weren't enough.
