It is easy to navigate. Pros Fixed Asset Pro allows me to keep track of the assets for multiple companies. I feel the cost is very affordable. It is very easy to upgrade each year. If I have had any questions regarding calculations, they have been quick to respond. Cons I use Fixed Asset Pro as a supplement to my fixed asset schedule within my tax program. Sometimes I find discrepancies and then have to figure out how to correct it so that it matches for tax purposes. They have been able to answer all questions or point me in the right direction. Pros Fixed Asset Pro is a great software at a very reasonable price. It allows us to track the assets of all of our companies including the ability to add supporting documents. It's very user friendly with a very low learning curve and a ton of resources to help you learn the system at your own pace. We use Fixed Asset Pro in a cloud environment, and the team was very prompt in getting us the needed information to push the software into our cloud environment. Cons Fixed Asset Pro does not have an API with Quickbooks enterprise yet. This is the only con that I have seen with the software. If you click elsewhere, you lose the selection you had chosen and have to start over. Ability to move assets to a Select box would be very helpful. The software helped tremendously when we acquired multiple companies. I was able to load the newly acquired companies assets at fair value in minutes. Pros Fixed Asset Pro is easy to use, has good reporting tools, and is affordable. It is also very helpful during audits. Cons The support is on a different time zone which makes it difficult to connect. However, the chat can also be helpful when in need. It also makes me nervous how easy it is to change data and delete the database. For this reason, I have restricted use to many people. It would be good if it had strong controls to open it up to several users with out the risk of loss. Also, the customer support team is also courteous and responsive. Cons The interface is not super sleek from a graphic design perspective, but it's functional and does what it's meant to do!
