Never have had a problem with the program, and I purchase the new edition every year. Pros Easy to make similar proposals, invoices, and change orders from previous saved documents you have made in the past. I have been using this product since 2009 and love it. Clients love the look of the proposals. Very professional. Cons Even though you input your address, some of the pricing for materials can be higher and lower then what’s available today. Only a few of those ever happen, but after using the program for many years, you will know which products or labor to adjust. Cons pricing is not always accurate, descriptions can be vague, it is hard to find a format to copy and paste to, it only gives you the option to print and not just save the estimate.
