It contains Tasks, Calenders, Document Notes, attachments, time trackers and encryption feature. Pros It offers numerous productivity features like reminders, Tasks and notes with time and date integrated services. You can set a time limiting assignment and also collaborate it. Priority of tasks can also be defined. Documents like Memo and sheets are also added in the package. Cons It is a bit difficult to deploy and some small training is required to take full advantage of swift to do list. Also really like being able to Shift Select Multiple rows at a time for updating my User Defined Fields with a minimal amount of clicks.
